I really liked this bag it is very smooth to the touch, and has a nice matte black colour. It has a lot of space and a few inside pockets that help you keep small things such as your lipstick and travel mirror at your finger tip. I pulled out a business card so fast the other day I couldn't believe it. The metal piece that connects the straps to the bag is nice but a bit heavy. Not so heavy that your shoulders ache but heavy that even when nothing is in your bag it has a nice weight to it and sits well on your shoulders. It also causes the bag to fold up when you set it down. The only thing I don't like is that when you first take it out of the package it stinks very badly but as you start to use it, in about three days the scent fades. Almost five days later I can still smell it if I stick my head in the bag but it's bearable. I've only had it for a short while and it looks as though it would be durable. It is put together/sewn nicely. All in all I definitely would purchase this item again and recommend it.

I must say that I just stumbled upon this handbag not expecting anything special about it. I ordered the dark pewter first and after using it every day for 6 months realized that I liked the bag so much for a reason. This tote is extremely stylish looking, looks like a high end designer bag made of leather, and is the perfect size for today's busy woman on the go. The style is classic and elegant. It's well made of high quality durable faux leather. And it allows for easy organization with multiple zippered pockets and slots. I carry my ipad in it but it is not so overwhelmingly big like some that look like a travel bag. The wide strap makes it easy to keep it on my shoulder. As for the hardware that some reviewers made negative comments about, I find that the silver metal adds a touch of class and uniqueness to the look of the bag. This tote meets my needs so much that I ordered the metallic brown and the black because the style is timeless and so rich looking. You will find this to be a very comfortable handbag that you can't live without.

This is a very nice purse for the price. The material is soft and the purse seems to be well made. I had originally ordered the Teal color hoping that it would be sort of a mint, but it wasn't so I held out trying to decide between another purse I had purchased. I looked at this one again & to my delight, the Mint was in stock again so I sent the other back & ordered the Mint and I am thrilled with the color. I have gotten numerous compliments on the bag and the color. If you want a particular color, it might be a good idea to hold out for a bit because I have seen colors come & go with this bag. It worked for me. My only complaint is that the metal hardware makes the purse a bit heavy so when you're trying to fumble around in the bag when it's just sitting, the strap collapses onto purse and can be a bit annoying but that also has to do with the fact that this purse is not "structured" and it is not advertized that way. Overall, I really like it and for the money it is very nice; not junky at all.

I ordered it in black, and it looks like actual quality leather. The contrasting ivory stitching adds a lot to the look. The length of the handle is perfect, and I love the way it widens at the part that sits on your shoulder. The hardware/handle clips are huge (comprising almost half the handle length), so they're definitely a feature you either love or hate- I love them, but be aware they're not at all subtle or unnoticeable.There's a zipped pocket on the outside back, which is easy to access with the bag still on your shoulder for keys or a transit card, and there's an attached, zippered pouch inside dividing the bag's interior into two sections, with another zippered pocket on the inside back, and two open pouch pockets along the inside front that are on the small side. The smaller of the two would fit a lipstick & a mascara comfortably -it's a little short to hold pens well.The height of the bag itself allows the slump/slouch that happens at the top on bags of this style to leave enough usable room/height inside. I think any shorter and you'd have to over-fill it to be able to fit enough in to get through a day, and it would detract from the style.There are two very strong pairs of magnet snaps at the top that make such a secure closure I don't feel any loss from not have a zipper there. It is a great version of a simple bucket-style bag; a casual bag with classy styling. I'm even happier with it than I hoped to be.

I loved the bag when it arrived. The type of bag was just what I was looking for. Lots of pockets and the center larger pocket was actually sowed down so that your outer side items did not slide under and get lost. Big plus. However, after only using it for about a week (no more than that) I looked down at the bag and around the grommets, the exterior "coating" was peeling away!!!!!!! I could not believe my eyes!!!!! I have paid less for handbags and have never had that happen before. I returned it and I cannot recommend it to anyone else. I would not want to take the chance on having that done to someone else. Hopefully I am an isolated incident.

I really wanted to love this bag.The PROsThe size was perfect for my needs. I really liked the zippered pocked that divided the purse into two sections, perfect for putting my book and callendar on one side and my wallet keys ec.t on the other.The material is nice and looks like it will hold up. The burgundy color is a nice deep red, and the interior is tan. The shoulder strap is the right length for easy carrying.The Cons.THe shoulder strap is close to two inches thick, meaning it did not set on my shoulder very well. The Hardware was the deal breaker for me. I read reveiws and expected the hardware to be big. It's Huge. Really the carabiners are about 3inches long with an added two inches in the rings. They are super loud and super heavy. The weight of them keeps you from opening the bag, as they pull down on the sides.Like I said, I read reveiws and thought I knew what to expect. Overall the bag seems to be of good quality, the hardware just makes it too bulk and impractical for me. I am returning it.
