I love these patches. Marching my skin tone is a big plus !
It’s the closest to my skin tone as I’ll get. I love it because I don’t feel like a cyborg walking around with my device in my bare skin. It’s a good camouflage and perfectly sized… and stays on the full 10 days. Only downsides are that it does its job so well that it is pretty hard to pull off so you will definitely need to purchase some sort of adhesive remover… and the length of time you have to wait for delivery compared to the other color design choices. There is enough in the pack to last a while… even with the 3 system malfunctions I had, all device performance issues not related to the patch.

How to apply bandage over freestyle libre
Don’t follow the instructions peel off the Band-Aid and then put it on the body over the libre patch. It’s very hard to get the sticker off once you’ve applied it to your skin.

Sometimes the patch last 2 weeks, many times it doesn't.
Sometimes it last 14 days, but many times it doesn't. I use it with the Libre 3, now 3+. More times than not, the patch starts to peel before the 14 days are up. The patch I currently have on has started to peel after only 7 days. So I use an athletic adhesive to glue the loose edges of the patch. Sometimes I just remove the patch and apply a new one. It surely needs a stronger adhesive that will last the full two weeks. Otherwise I do like the patch. Also, just an observation, I don't know why some people have some trouble removing them, having to apply an oil, etc. After two weeks I just rip the patch off. I have never found that painful. It removes as easily as a band aid. So what's the big deal? :) As I've stated, after two weeks the adhesive is starting to fail anyway, not much stickiness left. I have been using the patches for a couple of years now. I do like the price, as the closest competitor is much more expensive. Sometimes I do get a bit of skin irritation after removing the patch, but a little alcohol cleaning with a little triple antibiotic usually clears it up fairly quickly. Now with the Libre 3+ I need a patch that will last the full 15 days. I haven't tried swimming with the patch yet either, and I do avoid drying the patch with a blow dryer after showering.

Stay in place. Protect the sensor. And does not make skin red.
These are great. Better than the clear ones which my husband's arm turned red from. And these stay on for over a week with showers and a hardworking man. They keep the sensor from falling off. Will buy again.

Kept device secure
Worked well. A little tricky to apply but got the hang of it. Strong adhesive even in the shower.

It Looks Easy but it Ain't
I have just started with this brand after using another and being pleased with it. I went through many brands and types before I found one that really held and now, I am trying this one. The problem is getting it centered on the meter and finding a way to peel off the back without touching the adhesive. I figured out a way to do it by peeling off three backs and folding the remain section over, so I could grip and place it without touching the adhesive. It also gave me an exposed corner to allow me to easily remove the final patch without touching the glue. Frankly it’s a pain the ass and I am sure a lot of users have the same problem. It is almost impossible to peel the inside without touching the adhesive and thereby compromising the patch. That would also explain why many users complain that it is not lasting as long as advertised. I had a similar problem with my previous patch but figured out a way to peel and hold. and not touch the glue. I ruined several of your patches until I figured it out. Some protruding tabs on the backing might allow one to remove them without compromising the adhesive. It would be worth the price. Many of us are older and alone. If your hands shake as many elders do, its even worse. We are doing this in a mirror with one hand. Its hard enough to just center the damn thing without the glue problem. It’s easy for some brainiac in a lab to make it look simple but it ain’t. I finally placed your patch with some considerable experimentation and waste. Lets see how long it lasts. Good luck to you all

UPDATE TO ORIGINAL REVIEW 101223
*****UPDATE***** I put one of the patches over the sensor because I was heading to a water aerobics class. I didn't make it there, I got a cold, but it has been 3 days now and the area of my arm has NOT broken out. The earlier instance could have been because I placed the patch over already irritated skin. (I didn't have any choice in the matter.). These may actually be the thing I'm looking for to protect my Libre 3 sensors. The only reason that it's not getting 5 stars is that the area that covers the sensor is actually larger than the sensor itself, so there appears to be wiggle room under the bandage. The packaging is labeled for the Libre 2 sensor, the Libre 3 is much smaller. The listing indicated the Libre 3, that's why I got it. So far, so good. I will provide any updates if the bandage causes me to break out. They are holding well, I didn't use any skin-tac under it because I thought it was only going to be a temporary thing while in the pool. I'm hoping that if they hold on and I use the skin-tac that they will definitely stay on for the 14 day period. ****ORIGINAL POST**** I am looking for a bandage to cover my sensor that I am not allergic to the adhesive on. This broke me out less than 8 hours after I put it on. I guess all the companies producing the bandages to cover the sensors for the CGM systems get their adhesive from the same manufacturer, because this is the third one I've tried and they all eventually tear my skin up, as in blisters and oozing. I will use the rest of them (9) to cover the sensor while I'm in my water aerobics class so I don't lose it there, but won't be wearing it more than the hour I'm in the pool. These are silicone, so I know it's not a latex allergy. If you aren't sensitive to the adhesive, these would probably work wonderfully, it went on easily, stayed put and even took a bit of work to get it off my arm. One thing about the packaging, it comes in a flat pack on a piece of cardboard that was a bit of a bear to open. Why it's not in a simple box is beyond me. I once again tried to include pictures of the packaging, but Amazon's programming won't let me. I basically had to rip the backing off just to get the first patch out.
