Great lunch box with awesome design
I bought it and have used for a few times .Having a electric lunch box is much better than using microwave . I strongly feel my lunch now tasted more fresh and delicious !!!However, be aware that you need to use a converter as the power cord doesn't fit with standard US power outlet.

Fantastic Unit..Just what I was looking for!
I no longer use microwaves so I needed a way to reheat my lunch at work. I decided to try this unit because it comes with stainless steel food containers (whereas other units sold on Amazon have aluminum containers - terrible for your health). The first day I used it I loved it! It is everything I was looking for. The fact that your food stays vacuum fresh while transporting is a great plus. It does not change the quality or consistency of the food, it gently reheats it and the food comes out tasting just the way you cooked it. I can't say enough, I love this food warmer. Customer service is great also. I buy on Amazon every week but this is the first time ever I have given a review..I'm just too busy. But I just had to take the time on this purchase because I was so impressed.

So I stopped using the microwave at my work about a year ago since I did not like how it made my food taste when I heated it up. Also I had stopped using it because I didn't like the idea of nuking my food. So to make a long story short I needed an alternative way to reheat my food and that is when I stumbled across this device on amazon. At first I was a little skeptical and decide to seek out reviews on youtube on this item. Of course I didn't really find much reviews however I saw a few videos of persons demonstrating how to use it online and that is what made me decide to take the plunge and buy the item.So I have had this item for a few weeks now and must let it be known I love it. I use it in the mornings to do boiled eggs, I reheat my lunch at work in it and even cooked riced in it. Its easy to use. I liked that the bowls are made of stainless steal and that you can vacuum out the air from them using the pump that comes with the device. Also the device comes with an adapter so that you can plug it in to North American Outlets. I would recommend this device to anyone who is tired of heating food up in the microwave and wants a simpler alternative.

Works beautifully and I use it very often to heat up my food. It's in a good size for one or two person. I bought a bigger pot (2 L) to put in to make soup when I am at work. Then I can bring it back home and enjoy the soup.
