Schwalbe Crazy Bob Wire Bead Tire, 26 x 2.35-Inch

Very exceptional value. I'm a 280 pound plus rider. Using tire set for downhill riding with rock gardens, natural and man made features. Excellent traction and durability for a man my size. 50 psi on the up 35 on the down. Excellent sidewall durability. I have been waiting a long time for a wire bead tire with a strong side wall similar to the small block 8 pattern. Great choice for Clydesdale riders. Equipment I use truly gets tested to its limits. I ride black diamond trails at Deer Valley, Utah.

I recently switched from 700c wheels and tires to 26" on my BMC hybrid and these tires work well for my purposes. I was specifically looking for the bigger tires for a smoother ride on the trail sections I ride on to get to work and these Crazy Bob tires provide that and the tread provides both good traction and durability.

Thought I had a warped tire. Turned out to be a defective tube. Tire set easily and rides smooth. Switched from a 26x4.9 dirt tire to this 26x2.35 tire.

they are nice tires and durable sidewalls.

Disappointed at best. Rubber is very soft. Already had two flats.

very cool tires . good grips on tight turns very smooth ride. use nitrogen and a large enough inner-tube.

Smoothed out and softened ride on my mtb compared with 26x1.95 tires they replaced. Give awesome grip when exercising bike to limits of bike.

I have used these tyres for more than 6 years and I have to say, they have a lot of grip. Used them and destroyed them with intent every single time I had the chance to impress hot lasses that would never date me anyway.In all honesty I was quite a bad bmx rider.Snake bites are their weekness, unfortunately, if you are especially bad, whenever you have a snakebite the wire that goes on top of that wheel rim tends to snap and the tyre doesn't sit in the rim any more. Practice makes it better though! Don't give up!On a serious note, I would like to highly recommend these tyres! Too bad they don't make them in 27.5" size, and I have to use the Big Ben ones nowadays.

Habe diese Reifen bestellt, um mit dem MTB in der Stadt bei schlechter Straßenlage etwas mehr Fahrkomfort zu haben.Was sich bestätigt hat: Bei 3 bar rollt es sich sehr gemütlich mit diesen dicken Reifen über fast jede Unebenheit hinweg und auch (nicht zu unebene) Waldwege kann man gut befahren.Allerdings sind die Reifen so schwer, daß die Gewichtsdifferenz (+ ca. 600 g) gegenüber ihren Vorgängern so deutlich zu spüren ist, daß ich überrascht war, wie träge das MTB damit wirkt. Das Aufziehen gestaltete sich schwieriger als bei allen anderen Reifen, die ich bis dahin benutzte und ich denke nur ungern daran, welches Gewürge mir bevorsteht, wenn ich mal einen Platten haben sollte.Fazit: Die Reifen rollen komfortabel und sehen gut aus, aber ich würde sie nicht noch einmal bestellen, denn mit ihnen hat mein MTB (vorübergehend) sehr an "Spritzigkeit" verloren.

Excellent Tire, I use it on my converted electric bike which obviously has added weight and caused me to buckle a wheel!!. Hence I bought these tires. They soak up a lot of bumps on the road and negate the stress on the rims. I don't even need to bother with suspension forks. Furthermore, when cornering in the dry, I can get my knee pretty close to the floor with these, the dry gripping force is amazing!!Only thing to be weary of, is if you have a thin rim and V brakes, the double wall on these tires can catch the brake pads slightly so you need to make sure you calibrate your pads accordingly or you will scrub the wall lining off your nice new tire.

L'ho installato su una mountain bike, anche se è stata un pò una forzatura. Però nel complesso mi sento di consigliarlo, pneumatico molto comodo su asfalto e sterrato leggero.
