It Actually Works!
I was actually pretty skeptical like many. Considered buying the $400 apparatus but decided to give the cheap one a go first. It’s kind of awkward to get it on your head and get it hooked up, but once you figure it out it’s pretty easy.I was having issues with C6 and 7. Tons of numbness down my left arm. No sleep due to the numbness also. I used this a few days a week for about 15 minutes and within a month I had zero issues with my arm anymore. It does what it says and I’m very satisfied with the purchase.

I recommend this if you’ve used one before. Otherwise talk to your doctor first.
I recently had a lot of neck and back pain and I was going to the chiropractor constantly. I remembered I used one of these neck stretchers years ago, but it was designed a little differently. I bought this and tried it and it helped. It has a ratchet action that enables you to pull it up and then not hold onto the handle if you don’t want to. The reason I gave it four stars instead of five is because once you’re ready to get out, you have to remove the Velcro and get your head out of the strap rather than slowly releasing the rope. If you’re having neck problems or you feel like it’s compressed I would highly recommend this product. If you’ve never used one, I would suggest you ask your doctor first. I used one many years ago with the advice of my chiropractor.

No
One of the pulleys broke on the first use and this thing literally just squished my face in felt like my teeth were about to explode out my skull. Felt no pressure release on my neck at all.

Awkward and disappointing
I was hopeful about this neck traction device, but unfortunately, it didn’t meet my expectations. It’s quite awkward to use and not very comfortable, which made it hard to stick with. The instructions were also unclear, so it took a lot of trial and error just to figure out how to set it up and use it properly.I didn’t notice much benefit, and the frustrating setup made the experience even more disappointing. I’d recommend looking into other options if you’re considering a neck traction device.

Miracle behind the door!
I have been using this for years. Carefully! I have propped against my bedroom door and I have it measured perfectly to my neck stretching needs. It relieves my pain from spondylitis in my neck. I do it every morning for 5 minutes. That's all I need. But I have been doing it for a long time; started with 1 minute and worked my way to 5. It makes a huge difference but you must be careful to set it correctly and not go overboard on the time. Helps with posture too!

So neck stretcher, no.
So listed as a neck stretcher is not accurate and this is not its intended use, so if you are looking to make your neck longer, it will not happen. This is a traction device to help with neck and back pain from compressed or bulged disks. My c4, c5, c6 and c7 have compressed and bulged disks and I was told this was a goo's device for some pain relief and it does work well, I enjoy my time in traction and feel better after I use it. Easy to use, cheap and worth the money.
