Works better than I expected for the price
Was the most affordable leak sensor I could find. Linked with my Hubitat hub no issues and works perfectly. The siren is loud enough on its own and notifications with my hub are seamless. I have tested it with water a few times, it takes very little to trigger it.

Easy Setup, Works Well.
Not had an actual leak, but all testing points to this doing exactly what it says in the tin. Easy setup with Home Assistant. 👍🏻

ECCEZIONALE

A great leak detector for Home Assistant.
I have been genuinely impressed with Third Reality products. All of them work well, pair quickly and are fully supported in both ZHA and Z2M in Home Assistant, and these are no exception. These, unlike the Aqara, these have an alarm, and an adjustable bar to detect drips. When you need something that you want to work even if Home Assistant is down, these will do the trick. At least they will make noise, and make noise they do.I had no connectivity issues with these and when I needed to re discover and pair it after switching from ZHA to Z2M, it was easy. The only "con" is that you can't use these to detect water in your dog dish. For that, use the Aqara product which has no alarm. Arguably the dog is has his or her own built in alarm.
