I was worried that I would not receive the necklace in time, but the turnaround was amazingly quick, along with shipping. The necklace arrived in a drawstring bag, inside a gift box (with batting), with a tied ribbon. Necklace is delicate and feminine and the added birthstone is eye-catching. Wonderful, personalized gift for any occasion! It made the perfect gift for a graduating friend!

I purchased this necklace for my granddaughter's 16th birthday. She is a petite young lady and I was looking for a necklace that she would actually wear instead of keeping it in her jewelry box (you know how particular 16 year old girls are . . .). I was so excited when she opened it because she LOVED it! She put it right on and wore it proudly the entire day (not the typical 'Thanks, Grandma, but back in the box it goes' gift). Score #1.The necklace itself was very well made. It had a delicate look to it but it was quite substantial for its size, and solid, not at all flimsy. The pendant was very pretty with the hammered edges and the engraved name was clean and precise. The box chain was strong yet the perfect size for the pendant. Super disappointed. Bought for grandson's mom's first mothers day. Its tiny and cheap looking. Very thin. I don't have time now to order anything else. Embarrassed to give her this one though.

Really cute except I ordered the June birthstone which is pearl, and received a purpleish pink colored stone. So I will be asking the seller to replace it with the correct month. Will keep you posted on how the exchange goes but so far I love this necklace. It is very delicate looking but the box chain is def sturdy. If the exchange goes smoothly I will certainly be buying more of these.🥰*UPDATE*: Seller expected me to pay to return the necklace even though it was her error sending the wrong birthstone. I will replace the stone with a pearl and not order again. Too bad because I needed 3 more🤬

I liked the fact that I could not only customize the message and birthstone on the jewelry, but also the chain length, as I was looking for something 24 inch. It's a very nice but delicate box chain. I think "sturdiness" is inappropriate here as one of the rating criteria, as I don't expect to mistreat jewelry and make it last. But I will wear this a lot as an every day piece. The Swarovski crystal is very sparkly, and a pretty color, and the engraving is nicely done. This one was for myself, but it would make a lovely personalized gift.

The single edge-hammered charm is a dainty and beautiful gift. The personalization is a great unique gift to share with someone special. The hammered edge gives it an added flair and the gem stone is beautiful. I wish the metal piece was a bit larger, as well as the chain being thicker so it would be a more durable. I would be willing to pay more if the chain was thicker. I gave it to my best friend for her 60th birthday and she loved it. She said this was the first personalized piece of jewelry that she owns. I would love to receive this item as a gift myself. I would give the item 4 stars, but since it is so eye catching, I give it a 5.

Super cute! It's small and dainty. There was a problem where the vendor sent mine with the incorrect birthstone, but I can tell you that they were quick to resolve the issue and gave me more than one option of ways to resolve the issue. I'd buy from them again.

I ordered this for my daughter for her 3rd birthday. She loves necklace and always wants to wear her cousins so I figured why not get her own necklace. I didnt want to spend alot of money on something for a toddler so this was perfect. The chain is thin but not bad an can be replaced if she breaks it but I see her getting plenty of use out of it first. This item shipped about a hr after I ordered it im assume because they had some made with the name I put on it already and I got it 2 days later witch was almost a week early. I would say definitely perfect for a younger kid. I also went with the smallest chain so less chance of my daughter snagging it on anything and breaking it. I can't wait to give it to her in a week.
