good tool
really good tool for the price used for screwing a new fence together also changing brake pads all round on my car reviews say it will not undo wheel nuts without cracking them first i don't find that a problem i only remove the wheels about every 3 years to do a set of pads it has exceeded my expectations very pleased with it

Better than expected
Its taken me a few months to use this ratched drill as im a bit old to work on cars in the winter-unless i have to, and even then...Anyway , my aged MIL always gives me £200 for a present at christmas and asks me what i bought with it, so I HAVE to buy something and generally, its tools!I read the mixed reviews but thought Id try it anyway, and send it back if it were useless, then I forgot about it.Today- 23/2/24 I wanted to check something under the Range Rover, so I decided to jack it and take the wheels off. Well, the gun did it! Now, I do most of the maintenace on that car and the wheel nuts would have been off and greased, but tightened with a wrench - as id not rely on a seemingly lightweight gun.It rattled away, I reversed it to shock one nut, but it took all 5 off and its so much more powerful than the old battery-operated gun i bought some years back, thats batteries no longer hold a charge. So, good value and with 2 batteries, it should do anything I need it for. I doubt however it will losen the inner suspension arm nuts- but most will not on a L320.

from a mechanics point of view
ok to start off with those who are crying about wheels coming loose then i suggest you dont work on your own vehicle if you are just relying on just this tool to do the nuts up ..... BUY A DECENT TORQUE WRENCH AND DO IT PROPERLY and any tyre bay will always tell you to check wheel nuts after 24 hours,THERE IS NO TORQUE SETTING ON THIS GUN right time for the reviewi purchased this to assist me with getting a stuck injector out of my ducato engine which it did with ease, the guns nicely balanced and also is short enough to get in tight spaces also has a reasonably good battery life and has a reasonable amount of torque to do the job witham i impressed? for the price and quality? yes is it a tool to keep in the garage at home and not at the workshop? maybe
