These were my life line to minimal headaches while pregnant. Not a bunch of crazy additives and sugar! I’m very picky on flavors but this one tastes so good, and is easy to mix/ dissolve! But you do have to make sure you mix it all so you aren’t left with any grainy bits at the bottom! Works well to keep you hydrated. I drank about 1-2 packets a day while I was pregnant! I still order them and use them every now and then for a little extra hydration!

I am so picky about hydration packets. I hate every other kind I’ve ever tried. I can’t stand the artificial sweetener taste. These are so amazing! They taste great (my favorite is strawberry lemonade, but I’ve tried them all and they are honestly all good, some flavors better than others) I used to buy the variety pack now I just buy the bulk strawberry lemonade. I keep a few in my pocketbook, a few in my work bag, and a few in my car. I get dehydrated really easily and suffer from chronic headaches and migraines. Drinking one of these a day has really helped me. Sometimes I’m so dehydrated I feel the relief after a few sips. I can’t say enough good about these. They are expensive but it’s worth it to me because I look at it as something for my health and wellness. I’d much rather buy these and cut out Gatorade or whatever else I was drinking.

These are great hydration packs. The flavors are good. Only issue I frequently have is getting the powder to dissolve in water. It often doesn’t work just by mixing it. Lots of the powder then stays at the bottom making the last few sips a bit overwhelming. I’ve bought many hydration packet brands. This hand down is my favorite.

So far I really like this stuff. I am so glad to find an electrolyte supplement that really is just electrolytes and no sugars or calories or other vitamins added. I dont want all that other stuff. So thank you for that, Nectar!I have chronic migraines and have medications that contribute to dehydration even though I drink water all day. This electrolyte supplement helps keep me hydrated without all the other stuff so many other brands add to their supplements.Yes it is salty and the flavor can be a bit tart but that is to be expected considering it is just the electrolytes and some flavoring. If you put it in enough water it dilutes the taste but I just put it in about 8 oz and just drink it down quickly. I've gotten used to the taste now.I haven't felt any negative side effects. When I can tell I'm dehydrated and drink this I can tell that it helps quickly, so for me it is very effective. However, it doesn't always dissolve completely and there are small chunks left at the bottom sometimes. That is really why I gave 4 instead of 5 stars. Also when you open the container make sure its not near your face as the powder easily gets stirred up and out in the air and it can make you cough if you happen to breath it in.I still recommend this to anyone looking for a simple electrolyte supplement because despite its flaws it really works and is a decent price compared to others.They do have a wide variety of flavors too which I really like. I prefer the watermelon, strawberry lemonade and cherry pomegranate. There are still a few I haven't tried yet.

I love these packets! The taste has mild flavor of strawberry lemonade which I love. They don’t have that salt taste like liquid IV or instant hydration. People say they have a problem dissolving the powder but I just used my frother and had no issues at all. I also love how it’s dairy and soy free since my son has MSPI. Customer service is kind and helpful as well!

I have been hearing a lot about Nector and was excited to try it because of the organic fruit and the “health” benefits. However, Nector does not dissolve in Water. No matter how much stirring, shaking, etc - the product just sits on the bottom of the jar. I even left it for awhile and still it does not dissolve. I even tasted it and was disappointed in the taste - probably because the electrolytes just sit at the bottom of the jar.

This is an amazing product. If you want a tasty, healthy hydration packet without an overload of sodium, this is for you. They offer many flavors.

These electrolyte packet taste the very best of all I’ve tried. I really like the strawberry lemonade and wild berry. So I buy the individual packets not the variety option.They are not to strong a taste. I pour a packet into a 16 ounce bottle of very cold water and shake until dissolved Then I pour the whole bottle into my Stanley container, which I have filled with ice. Then shake as I drink it to keep it dissolved.
