Very impressed with the quality and performance.
These are really nice binoculars. 10x is plenty of power for me to clearly get up close to objects across my pond, some 125' - 150'' away. Today it was an alligator laying on the pond bank. With the sun about an hour from setting, image was impressively clear. Really impressive actually. The 50mm objective lens of course makes for larger binoculars. I have smaller pairs with 40mm and 30mm objective lenses. Compact is great when space or weight matters, but when it comes letting in more light, image quality and finding your objects easier, the 50mm makes a difference.I would not exactly consider these “starter” binoculars. I have a variety including cheap “starters”. Despite what might appear to be a budget price, these perform on par with others I have that are much more expensive and claim to have better lens coatings. These come with a basic nylon carry bag, with attached adjustable strap. A lens cleaning cloth is also included and somewhat hidden inside the little accessory bag with it is the neck strap for the binoculars. User guide/instructions also included. The eye cups are soft and comfortable. My vision is not 20/20, so a decent eye cup diopter adjustment matters to me. This one was just fine. The focus wheel works smoothly and is easy to roll as it is larger than most - easier to grip. Overall, these feel great in my hands - the outer coating is really nice. The eye cup covers come as an attached set. They can be looped through the neck strap if desired. The objective lens caps I was not a fan off. I’d prefer a more rigid one piece design. These are individual cups, that attach with straps to a button at one end of the focus wheel. The strap ends are slotted and made to be removable by just pulling each off the button. I removed mine because I didn't like the way they hung when I was using the binoculars. All in all, I am really very happy with these and I think most would be quite impressed with the quality of image and construction. These are now the ones we keep handy out on our patio.

Good quality, durable, effective
Binoculars arrived packaged with a carrying case, neck strap, and lens cloth. These were more rugged and durable than I was expecting, with rubberized body and decently thick silicone lens caps. It comes with instructions about how to adjust the focus and diopter and begin using the binoculars.I was able to start using them right away and they were remarkably clear and sharp. I tried some bird watching in the daytime and stargazing at night and was quickly able to focus on my targets in both usage cases. The controls are smooth and adjust easily. I'm not a professional in any sense, but for a novice I think these are more than adequate.A couple of criticisms? The case is very flimsy nylon and barely fits the binoculars, and always has to collapse the binoculars to squeeze them in. The nylon shoulder strap is small and I can barely get it over my shoulder and tucked under my arm. Maybe that's a feature so it doesn't swing free and bang into things, but seems uncomfortable and inconvenient. The neck strap was not attached and came with no instructions about how to attach the two buckles and one thin strap to the binoculars. I think I figured it out but I really don't trust it as I'm afraid it will simply slide out of the buckle and fall to the ground. It's also again very short and doesn't feel natural hanging around my neck. I'm not a super big guy and the straps on case and binoculars feel designed for small children sized people though the binoculars are definitely full sized. All in all, a good set of binoculars for a beginner like me. I can't wait to use them again.

Nice clear view
The lenses provide a very clear image. The so called strap leaves much to be desired, more like a string. No metal to speak of,all rubberized, neither a plus or a minus. They do provide a very clear image,as good as a more expensive pair at least.

Pleasantly surprised
These binoculars were delivered late in the afternoon, which means it was dark by the time I opened the package. I went outside to try them and was surprised by their light-gathering ability and the clarity of the image for areas lit up by our outdoor lights.I have since used these several times on our property, and have found them to be very easy and comfortable to use. The body is coated in a softer rubberized material that allows for secure gripping. I don't find them heavy at all, and can use them for extended periods - either standing or sitting. Focusing is very straightforward, and the feature that enables you to compensate for differences in your eyes (by tweaking the focus independently on the right eyepiece) is very welcome and works well. The image clarity during the day is also great, especially for this price range. The eyepiece covers detach completely, but they're joined together which means they're much easier to keep track of than separate covers. The lens covers are attached to the body, meaning you'll have to try hard to lose them. These are not compact binoculars - this provides larger lenses that allow more light to enter. I would expect they they'd be easy to use by most adults and older (>12) children. I've included a photo of the binoculars beside an iPhone 12 to give an idea of the size. The binoculars come with a decent lined nylon case (with attached carrying strap), a separate nylon neck strap that attaches to the binoculars, and a small lens cloth. All in all, I think these are decent binoculars that provide good value for the money.
