no zip fly but they keep you dry

Q: Are these breathable ie do they accumulate condensation/sweat on the inside. Are they able to withstand 2 hours of heavy rain?

For the price, they are an inexpensive, very lightweight addition to my summer kit. But for heavy rain and long periods outside in very wet weather, whilst being waterproof, I think you may be expecting too much for the price in terms of being totally breathable. For winter walking it’s worth paying more for brands such as Berghaus, Rab or Rohan

Q: Are the legs slim fit / skinny or loose ? i am a 32 waist but only short at 5, 6 and my legs are not skinny was thinking what size to go over pants

They're not skinny. They have fasteners at the bottom that allows you to secure them after you pull them on. I used them this afternoon, pulled them over walking boots and trousers no problem.
