Maybe these fit better for men, but I find the women's sizing to be inaccurate. I measured the circumference of my calves since I tend to have issues with socks/stockings/etc fitting properly. The women's XL socks say they fit 14" - 19" calves. Mine are only 15", but I have issues with the top of the socks cutting into me a bit (indicating they are too small). They fit fine in my feet (I wear women's 10 and have wide feet). I also feel like the socks are too tall. I'm 5'6 and more of my height is in my legs than torso, but these socks still have another inch or two leftover. So it seems like they're made for someone who is 5'8 or 5'9.

I stand on concrete for most of my day and the socks plus those rubber mats helps decrease the amount of pain I get. It doesn’t take away the pain completely but if you stand for a long period of time and have those leg aches, it definitely makes it tolerable.

Bought these for my dad, who has scar tissue. His leg & foot hurt really bad from flare ups. These compression socks help him stop hurting when he puts them on. Will buy him more of these.

Bought these for my wife. They fit her great however she said the seam at the very top of the socks felt too tight around her leg. She mentioned she knew they were supposed to compress on her calf however the seam dug in to her skin which caused some irritation. Overall she did enjoy them, but just wasn’t able to get passed the seam.
