Beautiful silk gold filament
This was my first time trying TINMORRY filament and I’m very impressed. The silk gold colour is absolutely stunning, it prints beautifully with a glossy, professional finish and has made several of my projects stand out. Print performance has been excellent so far, with smooth extrusion and minimal stringing. The quality is easily as good as (if not better than) more expensive brands I’ve tried, and the price point is very reasonable for 1kg. I’ll definitely be buying again once I finish this roll. Highly recommended if you want a reliable, attractive filament for your 3D printing projects.

Excellent
I’ve only used petg Tinmorry, for pla I use Sunlu. I needed this specific colour so I thought I’d give the tinmorry a try. It’s excellent, a very smooth finish with no layer lines. Colour was accurate. Much better than the sunlu. I have a Bambu p1s with the AMS and the filament was calibrated first.

Needs careful setup to get acceptable results. Worth the effort.
Bought this out of sheer frustration with two rolls of eSun I was using (tangles). Took a long time to find acceptable settings for this PLA. Firstly, it likes to be run hotter than any other PLA I’ve used. I’m currently running it at 210 on a 68 bed. First layer needs to be hot and slow or adhesion is poor, even on a PEI bed with or without blue tape. Also needs to be hot or you’ll get “crispy bogies”. The next issue is that because of the extra heat needed, it tends to run very fluid and over extrusion is a nightmare. In summary: First layer @ 20mm/sec 210 hot end 66 bed 92% flow to counteract over extrusion. Once dialled in it PRINTS BEAUTIFULLY!

PLA Matte, Amazing stuff!
Thought I'd try the new PLA Matte filament that Tinmorry recently added to Amazon, and wow! I went for the pink, was a tough choice between that and the green :p It prints beautifully, I printed this fox jewellery holder from makerworld. I used the PLA Matt Filament Profile that Tinmorry provided on their github, which I recommend anyone who uses their filaments get! Absolutely no problems during printing, no stringing at all, no clogs or blobs. Just printed perfectly. For PLA, I'm amazed at how smooth and tough it actually feels. Will definitely be getting more. I've used Tinmorry filaments for about a year or so now, and I've never had any problems that weren't user error due to incorrectly configuring profiles (which is why I strongly recommend you get profiles from their github, perfect every time) My Bambu P1S printed this in a around 5 hours. Absolutely love it!

Lovely matte finish, very crisp print
Having tried some matte filament in the past and being impressed with the finish I decided to try this in the hope it would give a classier finish - I wasn’t disappointed! Printed at high speed and on the generic settings, this is one of the cleanest prints I have had. You can’t really see the layer lines and the corners are really sharp. Bed adhesion was great, but popped straight off once cooled. Would definitely recommend!!

Nice colour but having print issues
Lovely colour and finish but trouble with adhesion on smooth plate, and to itself after layer ironing, also clogging 0.2 nozzles half way through prints. Tolerance of +/-0.03 is slightly different than my usual matte brand, which could explain the clogging.

I have only recently gotten into 3d printing and am still learning the ropes. Anything that can make my work easier is always appreciated and this filament has made my work easier. The product is easy to use, it works great and I really have had no issues with it. Basically, install the filament in your printer, run your project and the project comes out looking great. I really like this item. It has made my transition into 3d printing easier and I have had no jams or anything similar. If you are looking for a good, solid filament look no further.
