Super impressed with this clean formula self tanner. I am very pleased with the light, subtle but noticeable color it gives me after 1 use. It’s definitely gradual so darker desired tans will take a few uses, but for my skin tone - it’s perfect! Love! Kora products in general have all been winners in my book and this one did not disappoint.

First off, the box was trashed. Second, since this is all skin tones and "builds" you really have to plan ahead to build your tan. I don't think I would buy this for $50. There are too many better ones to choose from.

Doesn’t streak too much. Only minor and probably due to my errors in application. Somehow typically by my wrists. Looks great and even and builds well.

This product has good ingredients (the reason I bought it) and is very moisturizing, however, it’s not buildable for very fair skin because one application looks unnatural, is too orange and streaks. I’ve used other, similar type products with unhealthy ingredients, but better results. Priced too high for a one time a use.

I think this would be perfect for someone who wants a mostly organic self tanning product, who loves a fresh green herb-y scent, who doesn’t mind a SLOW build up of color and can afford the steep price.I really wanted to love this because I love the Kora Organics face oil so much and thought I would get that same feeling of a luxe product with superior results but, honestly, I did not. I actually prefer Jergens…yes, the drugstore brand, GASP, over this prestige product. I think my skin is softer and tans much more quickly and deeply with Jergens. Sorry, but I really don’t know who has the time to think 4-5 days ahead of when they want to be tan or want to spend 10 times the price (because you have to use 2x the amount of this product to achieve the same color as Jergens). Helpful hint: if you are ok with skipping a shower, the tan does develop more if you leave it on overnight rather than the 6-8 hours as noted in the directions (figured this out after a late night).

I LOVE this. It works really well. I love the ingredients. It doesn't cause any sheet staining. It does have a smell to it, but we have a fragrance free household and it's not offensive to me. I usually use it if we're travelling and I can put it on while staying at a hotel overnight and then shower in the morning- that way instead of having to wash smell out of sheets it's just a pair of pjs. Again, it's not offensive though. Would definitely recommend.

For the price, I had high expectations. Personally I have used many self tanners and some of the less expensive ones worked better.I liked the cap, simply press to open and close and you can squeeze out a more precise amount. It is for your body, not your face, Usually there are specific self tanners for the face since facial skin is very different. Also, you must wash your hands immediately after using or your hand and the creases, cuticles etc will turn orange. That's the case with all self tanners. It is smooth, light weight and gave me a nice gradual tan.Cons: the box was absolutely crushed and the bottle kept following out of each end before i was able to use it. Also when I unscrewed the cap, I noticed there was no seal so some of the lotion had leaked inside the cover and hardened, I had to clean it out. As soon as I started using it, I noticed the smell was not pleasant at all. I thought maybe because it was organic but after more use it smelled like it was going bad, maybe because there was no original seal? Also, I used the lotion sparingly but had to rub it in extensively on my legs until the white color blended in. Honestly, my hands were getting tired.Once completely rubbed in, it dried quickly and felt like a sheer lotion.This is a pricey self tanner and no matter how great it it, I don't particularly want to rub something that smells like stale eucalyptus on any part of my body!

We have a very fit and trim family member who has just a couple little folds in his belly when he sits. Consequently, this leaves white stripes when he stands up straight, and I guess he doesn't do any tanning while lying flat in the sun. So, I got this for him to try.He's pretty tan above (and below) the folds, but he's been applying this tanning cream to see if he can even out the tone. He's been using it for a few days now, and it looks like the bands of white and tan are becoming less prominent.He's going to have to use it for another little while before we know for sure if this solves his tanning issues.The cream is easy to apply and has little fragrance. There is a large volume of product; it should be more than enough to build a good tan for anyone of most skin tones.I will try to come back and update on his tanning progress, but it's looking good so far!
