Easy set up, but you may need to try more than one option.
I wasn't sure if this would work on my 2005 Chamberlain Whisper Drive garage door opener because the model for the keypad was not listed, but the model number for the actual opener was. The chart in the instructions tells you how many times to press the enter button after entering your code based on the year and color of the learn button on the opener. According to the chart, I needed to press enter 3 times, but it didn't work. For the heck of it, I started over and did it 2 times instead and that did the trick. So if it doesn't work for you when you press the enter key based on the year and color of the learn button, just try other options before you give up.

Easy to install and works great
The keypad opener for the garage door is working great. It's a little different from the previous one, but I like this one better and highly recommend it. I had to research the keypads in order to get the correct one, but I ordered the right one. My youngest daughter installed it for me with no trouble.

Does the basic function ok
It does the basic function well. I tried to get the one button close to work, but I can't seem to get it to functioning as it should. It appears to work if you enter the code to open the door, but the flaw is, if I enter the code outside, I use the indoor button to close it. If I open if from the indoor button, then I have to enter the code to close the door. The only way it appears to work is if I enter from outside, and then very quickly (30 seconds or less) exit outside. Then I can just push enter and it will close. Definitely not the normal way the function worked on the OEM remote keypad.But it does the basic job, and mounts to the original screw locations; no need to drill new holes.
