Will tablet part of a Surface Book fit with the charger connected?

Does this case come with the credit card plate as shown in the video on your listing?

The tablet does not reach far enough to the top to access the on off button ...won’t close if you move the pegs....am I missing something..?

What ports can i access from the external perimeters of this enclosure? i like this design, but i require port access for hdmi, usb, rj45, charge/dock
