I lost a toenail after running a half marathon in old shoes (I know right - so so daft). I do martial arts barefoot and are very conscious of my ugly missing nail! I started taking this product to help regrow my nail fast but the side effects on my hair and skin is wonderfull. My hair is definitely growing faster (everywhere not just on my head - so ladies be aware, you will have to increase the frequency of shaving/waxing) and my nails are hard and healthy. I will be honest and say I also take a vitamin D supplement. I think the two together is working wonders. Definitely will continue using this product.

Good quality and high strength. Repeat buyer, notice a difference more with my eyelashes are longer and thicker (my hair is growing quicker but not sure if thats the hair products I use).

I have not used long enough to give 5 star review- these seem to be an excellent quality Biotin which I hope will live up to my expectations and I can see no reason why it should not.

"Biotin Vegan Softgel Supplement" It is not softgel! It is misleading.Apparently i can't find any biotin vegan softgels which i can use in a DIY eyelash growth serum.

OMG! It's just two weeks and I can see my hairline filling up. It's unbelievable. I was almost discouraged by the reviews that it causes acne to appear in the skin. But I decided to get it anyway. I just drink more water now and altered my face routine. I added the Shea moisture black soap I got here on Amazon To my facial night routine. And I'm happy all the way. My nails are also stronger and whiter. It really works and is worth every penny.

These tablets probably work fine however, I am not able to give a review regarding how effective they are as i had to stop taking them after 2 weeks as they brought me out in spots. Probably just too high a dosage for me but fine for others.
