I started taking this along side Vitamin D3 as I was feeling unwell for a few days, tired and dizzy. Like many of us who live in London, I suffer from Vitamin D deficiency and I also have low iron levels. After just two days of taking Vitamin B Complex I was feeling so much better. I had more energy, no dizziness, which in itself, was a huge blessing for me, as this stopped me from doing many things, which I would normally do on a day to day basis. I have been taking these Vit B complex pills for a few years, especially after the Covid lockdown periods when one stayed at home and could not catch a lot of sun. I felt regularly out of energy and taking Vit. B regularly has clearly helped to fee more energetic in general.
