The media could not be loaded. I have had this currency counter for 6 months. It worked for about 4 months and then started having problems including incorrect totals when a mixed amount of currency was placed in the hopper and constant needing to rerun currency because it will not read the bill and give the error Image Error. The paper roll that is suggested for it does not fit in the small reservoir and it has to be ordered from another company. The customer/technical support is close to non-existent. If you call the number listed on their website, there is a recording that they are not available and do not call back. If you message thru live chat, it takes overnight for them to get back in touch with you because of the time difference. I have conversed with James thru the chat, over numerous days, and he was nice and instructed me to recalibrate my machine and gave me instructions how to perform that task. I recalibrated and it worked for a couple of bunches of currency but then went back to showing errors of reading improperly. If I could give less than 1 star I would.

Works great. Massive upgrade from the rest of money counters I've seen

I had a small stack of bills that I had collected in my small business. It might be user error but I had to run it several times to get it to count the whole stack and I am not sure why it stops so I can correct how I am using it. I am curious about it detecting counterfeit, but I hope I never come across that feature actually happening.

This money detector can count different denominations of US dollars separately, which is very time-saving. Perfect for the grocery store I run.
