It does boost your energy levels and your concentration. You do have to take it for at least one or 2 weeks to really feel the difference, but it works. The taste is not the best, however l put it in my smoothies and then the taste is less strong so it is ok to take it. It is very fine so it disolves easily.

I love this macca powder. I mix it with my protein shake, it adds a nice flavour. But the main thing is that I notice how my energy leves improve when I take it regularly.

My second time of purchase can confirm its an excellent product and will certainly buy again.However, my advice is the packaging. Please ensure its not punctured or somehow unsealed before use.Certainly it may not be from the manufacturer but please keep an eye out for your own health.

I enjoy Maca Powder together with my protein powder with berries in a smoothie. Great with Almond Milk.

After using this product without any issues initially, I started experiencing spotting after a month, which prompted me to seek medical advice. Despite having gone through menopause eight years ago, the occurrence of spotting was unusual for me, leading me to consult a doctor. Based on my experience, I strongly advise seeking medical advice before using this product, particularly if you are undergoing hormonal changes, as it can potentially affect your hormone balance. Personally, I discontinued using the product and my symptoms have ceased since then.

I have been using Naturya products for a while now and have always enjoyed them. However, this Maca powder issomething else. The first time I took it I was overwhelmed by the smell, which a thought was like a combination of malt, soil and singed hair.I managed to power through and get it down, only to find myself feeling rather distant half an hour later. I was at work at the time and found it difficult to talk on the phone! I put it down to being a first-timer.I have been taking this for afew days now but tody has been my worst yet with it! Today I suffered the stoned feeling as before, but today it was accompanied by a stabbing pain in my side and a metallic taste in my mouth, both of which eased after a substantial bout of diarrhoea, I am sorry to say.I will not be taking Maca powder again and I couldn't say that I would miss it. I will continue to buy other products from Naturya, though.
