This is perfect if you have the speaker as it is an easy way to charge without having to constantly try and plug the cable into the speaker. It’s small and neat and it sits cleanly on the side. Better than having the cable lying around where the end can get damaged. Perfect addition to the Bose speaker

Easy way to keep the sound link powered up looks and works a treat

Useful stand keeping speaker always ready to go. No more trying to plug in fiddly plug. My only problem is the connection is prone to detaching, however now know to keep eye on battery symbol, if it disappears then need to make sure to push in.

I initially thought paying £25 for a charging cradle out rages! However I bit the bullet and purchased one as I like having it on my sound link mini and, the Bose Revolve+ is an upgrade to that speaker. I was worried that it would be cheap and flimsy but needent worried at all! It arrived the next day after ordering and after unpacking was delightfully surprised to find it was made out of an aluminium alloy. It has a nice recess in the bottom for the charging cable to go into. It is a nice bit of kit but not a necessary bit of kit for the speaker.

I bought the charging cradle because my expectation was it would make the charging process easier. It doesn't. Placing the box on the cradle isn't intuitive, it only fits in one exact position, which means you end up having to carefully turn the box until it clicks in. Annoying and time wasted! During that process one is likely to move the cradle, which almost always leads to the cable to become unplugged as it's hanging in there rather loosely and the slightest motion will lead to the whole thing to become undone. Often you will then have to remove the box again that you just carefully managed to place in the correct position, turn the cradle to plug in the cable and start the whole process all over. This is the worst design and really disappointing coming from such a high end manufacturer.

Plugging your speaker in and out for charging can be awkward and I think, when this action is constantly repeated it could cause damage to the delicate parts of the speaker. This charging dock just makes life so easy.

Even though you can recharge your Bose Revolve speaker without this cradle, it is very practical which is why I recommend it

There are oem products out there do the same job as this authentic charging cradle. But when you look at the long run, this is the "right" way to do it. Bose soundlink revolve+ ii can play while charging. Also Revolve+ ii is known for its micro USB charging port issues thus this is the best and the safest way to keep charging the speaker while listening. Again, absolutely nothing wrong with iem charging cradle, I actually have one at my work just in case, but it feels right to have authentic product.
