This was purchased for two purposes - primarily for our son's new wheelchair and also to see if it would be any good for our office chairs. We were very happy to find it is a little softer than we would had expected/worried - and this will be idea for our son's new wheels as it shouldn't be uncomfortable after long sitting periods. Being only young (four years old!) we needed something that was narrow; this fitted perfectly! This isn't likely most people's use-case, but for us it was great. As far as using it for an office chair, we were very happy - and will likely buy one or two for ourselves now! A very good price for additional support. It'll definitely promote much better posture. The only negative I could see was that the strap only just made it around our office chairs (and definitely felt like it was at the extreme limit) - but unless you're regularly attaching/detaching it to a fairly large chair this wouldn't cause an issue. If you are, you may wish to extend the strap yourself. Very happy - and would definitely recommend!

Unlike many other reviewers, I bought this product to use in bed. My mattress is very comfortable but at the moment I frequently have to use two support rolls under my knees in bed and when I do so it puts my back out of alignment, to the point that using the support rolls becomes very uncomfortable. (Using the rolls means I have to lie on my back.) To be honest, I wasn't sure this pillow would be either small enough or comfortable enough to do the job, so the first time I used it earlier this week was a revelation. The pillow just fits where I need it - basically from the tailbone up - and contours itself to support my back almost immediately. It's extremely comfortable too. The only change I'll make is to cut off the straps at the back of the cushion, since I don't need them. For my uses, I'd give the pillow more than 5 stars if I could.

This does what I hoped it would do and makes sitting at a dining room table chair for long periods much more comfortable. It was a much cheaper and more space saving solution than buying a dedicated office chair. It does tend to slip down the back of the chair so I have to raise it up most of the time - I wish I could make it a touch tighter. That aside, no complaints. That's it. Well what did you expect? The Spanish Inquisition?

First, I have to say it's very rare I leave reviews or complain etc. something has to be at the extreme ends of the good- bad spectrum to get me typing. This lumbar support is firmly set in the 'good' end. I've had back problems for over 15 years now because of 2 slipped discs. I've been driving for less than 2 years. A fortnight ago I spent 2 hours in a traffic jam on what normally is a 30 minute drive. I ended up having to take the next 2 days off work because I couldn't even walk due to the pain. I ordered the lumbar support and straight away I felt much more comfortable driving. I couldn't believe the difference the support made its worked better than all the painkillers & physio I've had. If you have lower back problems, I wholeheartedly recommend this pillow, you won't be disappointed.

I work in front of the computer all day and often had lower back pains and shoulder/neck pains from sitting too long. This pillow along with a footrest and raising the monitor has eliminated back and shoulder/neck pains altogether. The pillow has a good size and can be strapped onto the office chair. The fabric is durable and the pillow incredibly comfortable and supports a correct working position. I can't recommend this pillow enough. If you struggle wtih lower back pains or don't sit correctly in your chair - buy one of these.

I was a bit skeptical about this and unsure, especially as I had been dealing with a very bad lower back. When it arrived I tried it on my executive office chair and it fit well with the strap holding it in position very well. I lowered myself down carefully and sat down in relief and comfort, the first time in literally months. Sitting with this cushion was literally the only way I could sit without pain. Since then it has been attached to my office chair and I wouldn't be without it. It has kept it's shape and thickness very well considering it is used many hours every single day. In short I was am very pleased with it. This cushion, my standing desk and my Amazon foot rest have been instrumental in healing my back and I am pretty much back to normal function after four months of pain. So for me this cushion has been a godsend. That said, your experience may differ. Backs are tricky things and what works for one may not be good for another. For my part I am glad that I took a chance on this cushion.

I bought this to give me some back support on an office chair that just doesn't have it, but no matter where I place it the pillow expects my spine to bend more than it actually does. However I have given it to my partner and she really loves it. It must therefore be that everyone's spines are different and it isn't easy to find something that is a good fit. Incidentally I have started using a back support frame on the chair that is actually designed for a car seat and that seems to work better for me.

It's great - I'm using it in a van with no air con and although I'm still somewhat sweaty driving through France in summer, any non-porous material would be worse. My only complaint is it only just fit around the seat, so if you had bulkier seats than a VW T4 campervan you'd be in trouble, and it seems to lean forward and needs to be readjusted as it spins thr wrong way when I get in. Great support though! I'd get sore lower back after only 2 hours of driving, happy to go all day now.

Premetto che ho un'ernia del disco lombare (L5-S1) e quindi particolarmente sensibile quando esposto a sedute che lasciano eccessiva libertà a posture errate. Pur avendo un'ottima sedia da ufficio, ho acquistato da poco questo cuscino lombare proprio perché costretto a sessioni particolarmente lunghe e che sfociano spesso nei tipici dolori nella parte bassa della schiena. Ad ogni modo ho notato subito benefici, sia in termini posturali (la schiena è più dritta e le spalle meno incurvate) che per la riduzione del dolore durante\dopo la seduta. A corredo aggiungo di essere normopeso e ho trovato il cuscino di dimensioni accettabili e sufficientemente resistente, non piccolo o morbido come asseriscono alcuni.

This is good product. It arrived on time and as described. It is well made and I am pleased with it. As a matter of fact, I am using while writing this review. It feels good and provides exactly the support that I needed. My only comment would be that it does not have a particularly long strap. A strap extender option or inclusion would be a good idea. The reason that I mention this (and it is in no way negative) is that, the strap that it comes with is just a few inches too short to make it fit on my recliner (where I spend too much time, anyway), My wife was a bit frustrated when she was trying to affix it to my chair. Nonetheless, we were able to wiggle it into a usable position and it is working well. The strap is easily long enough to fit a normal chair.

This thing is big. If you are thinking that this lumbar support is on par with the little pad attached to an Obus Forme backrest, you are in for a surprise! Approx 12"X14"X4" it is considerable and took me a few days to get used to. At first my reaction was "it's too big" but I really did get used to it quickly. I mounted it higher than I would have thought. My chair back is narrow so I didn't need to use the included attachment extension. after about two days I adjusted to the new "chairback - it is still big". It tends to stay in place but does ride up an inch or two over the space of a few weeks. As wonderful as this Lumbar support is on it's own, Once I paired it with the MemorySoft Premium Memory Foam Seat Cushion the effectiveness of the seat back tripled and the overall effect on the chair was amazing. All day comfort.

Lo compré porque la forma de esta silla no se adaptaba bien a mí. Tras un par de horas me empezaban a doler los hombros. Pero este cojín se adapta a la espalda como un guante. Llevo un día con el, pero creo que no lo quitaré nunca de la silla!
