Better and Cheaper than the Phillips one.. Yep does the job on the Ears and Nose Hair with ease.

A useful tool

I've been using an NE3850 for about the past three months, to replace an older model which I'd had for years and that had had the motor burn out. The NE3850 did a decent enough job.Unfortunately, the impossibly tiny retaining pin holding the vertical head together has fallen out and I've been unable to find it. The motor still runs, and I can still use the rotary head without any problems - but the whole reason I had a trimmer in the first place was to attempt to tame my eyebrows, which the vertical head was ideal for. I'm having trouble finding replacement heads for sale anywhere, and I'd rather not buy *another* device so soon.Maybe I got a bad one, but I am hesitant to recommend this.

Nose and ear trimmer that trims hair quickly and efficiently. Easy to use.

This is great it deals with nasal hair and ear hair fantastically.

The trimmer packaging was sealed but trimmers 4 and 5 were missing. I have read that other customers have had the same problem. Star rating based on the incomplete packaging, I never had chance to use the product.Update: I have spoken to Remington, Model Nano Series NE 3870 had trimmers 4 & 5 (this model now discontinued). Model NE 3850 doesn't have trimmers 4 & 5. The video shows the trimmers 4 & 5 included so should be updated. I have read a review 1* where a guy has had 2 deliveries from Amazon saying the trimmers were missing and returned the item. He should be advised.
