A fantastic razor. This is the second one of these that I have purchased as I left my first one in a hotel room :( These give an excellent close shave without irritating the skin along with the trimmer being excellent for styling facial hair. The only annoyance is how expensive the blades are but they do last a good period of time and give a good shave so they are worth the money! PROS The Fusion ProGlide Styler gave me what I can only describe as the closest and most comfortable shave I have ever done by myself. Gillette know how to make a facial razor and the Fusion ProGlide Styler excels. ProGlide delivers a great shave because it soothes as it shaves, meaning little to no razor-rash when you're done. Removing the facial razor attachment reveals a precision trimmer measuring about two centimetres, which helps you tidy up the fiddly bits. It also allows you to clip on one of two trimmer bits depending on the length you want. The trimmer isn't something I'd go shaving my head with for example, but it's something you can use to keep your chest and other parts under control with. The Fusion ProGlide Styler comes with a battery which is always welcome, and both it and the blade will be good to go morning after morning for months before they need replacing. Cleaning the Fusion ProGlide Styler is also pretty easy: the trimmer attachment pops back so you can clean it in the hard to reach places. The best part it's all waterproof so you don't have to worry about shorting the damn thing out as you rinse.The Fusion ProGlide Styler also comes with its own little stand that isn't abusive as far as your bathroom space is concerned. Fill it with your razor, trimmer and attachments and stick it in a corner. CONS There's no getting by it: the weight of the Fusion ProGlide Styler is a bit of a problem. It's not so much an issue when you're using it as a trimmer -- you want a bit of weight there -- but when you're just using it as a facial razor, you've got a bit of bulk to contend with. Before you buy the Fusion ProGlide Styler, you really need to ask yourself how often you'll be using it as a facial razor and how often you'll use the other features like the trimmer.The problem compounds itself when you start weighing up using the Fusion ProGlide Styler as just a trimmer. There are better trimmers out there if that's what you want for your manscaping. The Fusion ProGlide Styler's key selling feature is the fact that it's a reliable all in one. This is the best 'Body Groomer' I've tried yet for 'Manscaping'. Using it without any of the comb attachments, it shaves the body (including down below!) extremely well and very safely too. I like the fact that I can have four rechargeable batteries at the ready, so if the one (it takes just one AA battery) should run out, I can just pop in another and continue. Although I have to mention that this thing lasts incredibly well with just that one solitary battery. This is a big advantage over the other 'Rechargeable Body Groomers' as some of them take ages to recharge. Another big plus is the fact that this doesn't use the 'Foil Head' system that everyone else seems to be using for their products. I've used a few in the past and I have to say that they are not very reliable. One problem with those is having to remove the head to clean it and eventually it would get damaged or loose and start falling out by itself! This ProGlide Styler just flips open with your thumb and you can rinse away the trapped hairs inside. What could be simpler? It's also a fantastic 'Stubble Shaver'. Using it the same way as I do for 'Body Grooming' (without any comb attachments), I find that it shaves exactly to the length of stubble that I find perfect for me. I only ever shave this way, as I find razor shaving often causes irritation to my skin. However, I have to say that if you're using this ProGlide Styler with the razor, it is definitely the best 'clean shave' I've ever experienced and using it with the power mode really makes a big difference. It greatly helps the razor glide along comfortably as it catches and strips the hair off your face with very little effort and hardly any cuts (which is something my other razors can never attest to!). I think this represents incredible value for money, considering all the grooming features you get. This is an outstanding product.

When I moved house I lost my grooming kit.. So as I was searching amazing I found this. I bought this Gillette Fusion ProGlide Set as I bought one previously and I was very happy with it. The items came the next day after offering which was great, two days before expected. It came as boxed very neatly and the actual razor set was housed in the packaging which is clever and annoying that the same time as it saves packaging but means I recycled the housing and storage. The ProGlide Styler is very good, it helps so much with shaving longer stubble, styling sideburns, any styling for facial hair too. It doesn't cut or pinch like my last stylers. It is however pretty noisy compared to the others i have used in the past though. It's very robust and good to use in the shower with its strong armoured design, definitely saves me time in the morning when I'm rushing for work. Definitely waterproof. The grades are very good too, when I needed a neater beard it was very handy. I am really happy with the results and with everything about this styling kit. For the price you are getting a lot of your money! The additional housing to store Styler and attachments is rubbish however, it doesn't house the grades and all fell out, losing one. The only real thing that surprised me is that when I bought this the first time it came with a free metal case to hold it in, which I found incredibly handy, I don't know it that was limited time but this was the first reason I went for this one again. Either way I highly recommend this kit for sure. Great price and amazing shave.

This is a great all rounder, and I would readily identify this as a 4-in-1 instrument: shave, stubble, and three gradients of beard trimming. The ProGlide is an incredibly good razor - Without wanting to sound like the advert, the 5 blades give the closest shave you'll ever have. I find turning on the styler whilst manually shaving doesn't really add that much to such a close shave, but it does give less of a 'pull' feeling when shaving around the chin as the vibrations must assist the hair being cut by the razor somehow. The styler itself can be used, I found, without the trimmers attached giving the additional fourth use. Doing this gives a relatively close 5 o'clock style stubble; whilst it's not painful to do so, it's not the most comfortable when shaving around angular areas such as the chin. Turning to the beard trimmers, they, unfortunately, do not have measurements on - At a guess, I would suggest the styler gives 0.5mm, and then 1, 2, and 3 correspond roughly to the millimetre lengths (but I'm not positive). They are relatively good and easily glide over the skin with no friction - Albeit I do use shaving gel. As to the charge, it holds charge for a relatively long period - I have been using this product for 6 months now and have only changed the battery once - It takes single AA batteries, so easy and cheap to replace. The only downside to this razor is having to purchase the Gillette blades - This means the ongoing maintenance cost is very high. If you are happy with the cost of manually shaving, this product is easily a 5*. If you are reluctant to manually shave and have a permanent stubble/beard, this probably is not the product for you - There are far better stubble and beard trimmers out there, and the all in one probably wouldn't be for you. I think this represents incredible value for money, considering all the grooming features you get. This is an outstanding product.

Got made redundant, so took opportunity to grow a beard. Never done it before, so no idea how to look after it. I bought this , and afterwards was worried that a trimmer for a tenner wouldnt be any good. I was very surprised. 1) It feels good to hold,. solid, weighty, easy to grip. Neat design, and very tactile. 2) It is by Braun, not Gillette - only the blades are by Gillette 3) Comes in an over the top display/presentation cardboard box, but then all assembles into a neat compact stand 4) In case you are confused. The braun trimmer, has 3 different length guards, which fit over the end of the trimmer. They click into place, and there is a button to eject it. They are hard plastic, and colour coded for length. When not used, they fit into the stand. With these attached you can shave over beard to achieve desired length. It is battery powered (supplied) and pressing the on button activates the trimmer itself. 5) it also comes with a 4th attachment which incorporates a (gillette) blade. The attachment fits over the end of the trimmer, and can then be used like a normal gillette razor. It doesnt need to be switched on, but if you do, the whole razor vibrates in the way that is claimed to make the shave better or something. Again, when not being used it fits neatly into the stand. I was surprised at the quality for such a low price - I suppose the model is that they make money on the replacement blades rather than the razor/trimmer itself - I cant comment on its longevity yet, but it seems well made, solid, and well designed. Very pleased.

A lovely little device from Gillette. At first I thought it may be a bit large for wet shaving but it turned out smaller than I imagined. With high quality throughout, this shaver is a nice step up if you're coming from a normal Fusion razor. It has the ability to trim sideburns or moustache/beard hair nicely, with or without the 3 hair guards via the battery operated, electric shaver. This unit runs off one AA battery, which is supplied pre-installed in the device, easily accessed by turning the bottom half of the handle anti-clockwise. Along with the shaver you get a nice holder/hub for it. It has a nice sleek look to it and holds not only the shaver itself, but also the wet blade, and electric hair guards too (at the rear). All, with the exception of the shaver itself, fit tightly into their slots, stopping them from falling out in the event of it falling over. The electric trimmer, although isn't as good as shavers specifically designed for the job, performs pretty well. The power isn't great, but it does the job eventually. It reminds me of one of those 'flick-out' trimmers you sometimes get on the side of some electric shavers. I have been using it now for around 3 weeks and I must say that I like it. It is definitely an improvement on the previous Fusion model in the fact that it can be switched to a hair trimmer in a few seconds. Thought this was great at first. Good trimmer to keep a stubble beard nice and short, and a really comfortable razor. But about 10 months on, the trimmer blades - used maybe 2-3 times a week - are blunt and virtually useless, and while the razor bit's still fine, it's essentially lost 50% of what I bought it for in the first place. So now off to get a specialist trimmer...and probably a stand-along razor too. Which makes the Styler a bit of a pointless buy. And when you take into account what even a budget trimmer costs - and a separate razor - it's maybe shouldn't be a surprise that the Styler's low price isn't going to buy you a lasting piece of kit. Nice idea - but not recommended.

Bought this three years ago after faffing about for years with various women's versions that were either too big to get into all the nooks and crannies of my ladybits, didn't give a decent short trim, snagged painfully on longer hairs or gave up and died after being confronted with undergrowth that resembled Mirkwood Forest. Well, what a revelation. Ladies, no need to put up with crappy, overpriced groomers just because they're in 'girlie' colours and have the word 'bikini' on them, this is a man's tool for a man's job, er...so to speak. This svelte creature small enough & powerful enough to navigate Mirkwood with ease. Indeed, it trimmed and edged my ladygarden into something that Alan Titchmarsh would have been proud of. If you're looking for something that will get you silky smooth you'll have to look elsewhere or be prepared to finish off with a conventional wet shave, but if you just like to be well trimmed it's great, and it does leave you very nearly hairless on the shortest setting. Battery operated so no cord to get in the way, no need to charge, small, great for travel. And it's small enough for literally everywhere 'down there'. You can't go wrong for £20. Mine is still going strong after three years, and I stupidly left it on holiday so I've just popped on to buy another. Borrow your husband's or better still get your own. It's fab.

Ich möchte heute mal eine Rezession schreiben, zu diesem tollen Produkt. Ich benötigte einen neuen Rasierer und kaufte diesen nach den guten Bewertungen hier. Im Set enthalten sind: - eine Klinge fürs Rasieren: Der Aufsatz ist 5 Power-Klingen versehen und einem Lubrastrip. Der ProGlide Lubrastrip ist 25% größer, enthält mehr Gleitmittel und einem Hauch von mineralhaltigem Öl für ein glattes Ergebnis. - 3 verschiedene Aufsätze zum Trimmen: Trimmen mit Technologie von Braun. Schmal und leicht zu manövrieren für gleichmäßiges Trimmen. - den Styler - eine Aufbewahrungsbox, durch die alles schön aufbewahrt werden kann. - eine Bedienungsanleitung - eine Batterie Das Gerät hat 3 verschiedene Funktionen, Trimmen, Rasieren und Konturen schneiden, das umstellen des Gerätes kann innerhalb von kurzer Zeit gemacht werden. Das Gerät ist sehr robust und es liegt gut in der Hand. Die beiliegende Bedienungsanleitung ist sehr gut beschrieben und man kann, aufgrund der Batterie im Set, sofort anfangen sich zu stylen. Das Rasieren kann auch unter der Dusche stattfinden, weil der Styler bedingt wasserfest ist. Jedoch sollte man aufpassen, dass der Styler beim Batterie - Wechsel trocken ist. Kleine Zusammenfassung: - hat 3 Möglichkeiten, die man alle gut nutzen kann - Batteriebetrieben - 3 Aufsätze fürs Trimmen sind dabei - nur eine Klinge dabei, jedoch kann man Nachschub besorgen - man kann ihn unter der Dusche nutzen, von daher bedingt Wasserdicht - natürlich sollte man die Batterien nur tauschen, wenn der Styler trocken ist, wenn ihr ihn länger nicht nutzt, bitte Batterien entfernen. - sind für den kompletten Körper geeignet, sogar für die Haare, wenn man recht kurze hat. - mitgelieferter Ständer, in dem man den Rasierer und die Klingen verstauen kann. So hat man alles auf einem Platz verstaut. Ich habe ihn für gut empfunden, denn er deckt alles ab, was uns wichtig ist. Mein Lebensgefährte benötigt es für seine Rasur, für eventuelle Konturen. Das gute bei dem Konturenschneider ist, im Gegensatz zur Haarschneidemaschine, dass man einen kleineren Teil auch problemlos abbekommt und ich kann recht knapp zum Haaransatz arbeiten. Er ist schön robust, die Batterie, welche mit im Set ist, hält recht lange. Ich musste sie bisher noch nicht austauschen, obwohl er sehr viel im Gebrauch ist. Will ihn nicht mehr missen. War am Anfang skeptisch, weil ich elektrische Rasierer gewohnt war. Jedoch der PROGLIDE STYLER hat mich komplett überzeugt. Wir können ihn ohne Bedenken weiter empfehlen, daher bekommt er von uns 5 Sterne. Negative Punkte: - Die Klinge zum normalen Rasieren, der grüne Streifen ist recht schnell kaputt gegangen, da könnte man schon noch dran arbeiten - Die Nachschub-Klingen sind sehr teuer.

Pour 18€, je doute qu'il soit possible de faire mieux. Pour débroussailler des zones 'touffues', prévoir éventuellement plusieurs passages car l'alimentation par pile limite naturellement la puissance (ce qui ne saurait retirer une étoile à cette évaluation). Pour la barbe, je l'utilise sans aucun sabot afin de ne laisser que 0.5-1.0mm. J'utilise le plus petit sabot pour d'autres endroits... Largeur de tondeuse idéale selon moi. Porte tondeuse et sabots compact fourni. Le 5 lames d'appoint est de haute qualité.
