Stripped the gearbox and died in days
When I got this I was very pleased with how useful it was for tightening screws in terminal blocks quickly. The torque and speed were good. The build quality outside seemed pretty good, and it just worked. I even showed it off to friends and co-workers proudly as a punt that worked out. It didn't come with many bits, but I already had a 4mm hex bit set, so I was happy to not pay for another set.However, I was decidedly less chuffed when the the tiny tiny reduction drive on the front of the motor stripped a gear after a few days and it became totally useless. Returned for a refund - the design is not fit for purpose, no point to get it replaced.Avoid this item, you'll just have to return it in a week's time!

A really useful tool
This is a really useful and handy tool, kept near me and not in the tool box. So I can use it on the little jobs like electric plugs, changing batteries without having to get the tool box out.. a must have tool.

nice idea and the concept has great potential but this tool doesn't perform in my opinion. It turns too slow and the torque is really low which is possibly just as well as the driver bits are made of very soft metal. The flat bit has already twisted and it all feels very cheep in my hand. disappointed in this instance though for very light work it may be suitable... laptop repairs.. even still the speed it turns may prove frustrating. 2 stars.
