I use these as a spare set when travelling on business trips to save taking a more expensive set.

They work really well but the cable between the laptop and the headphones is quite stiff which makes it a bit unwieldy. I don't think it's something you can tell when you buy online but I would have preferred a cable which was less stiff.

Good product. Useful for Team Meetings.

Always nice when anything to do with computers works straight out of the box. Doubly so when it also seems a bit of a bargain. Had been slightly concerned if this'd be Mac-compatible (nothing to say it was...nothing to say it wasn't), but accompanying instructions provided the (extremely simple) couple of steps necessary to ensure my Mac (running 10.6.5) now recognises this headset everytime it's plugged in. (Full Windows instructions too). Effectively plug'n'play. Sound quality on Skype and music (I don;t game) very good; told I'm nice and clear on Skype and have no complaints how my voice sounds on podcasts, so mic must be OK. Return level from mic in headphones when recording a little low. More odd than irritating and for me not a prob and not a reason for a star deduction. Long lead; in-line controls; supremely comfortable to wear; seemingly well-built. A good purchase and I'm happy with it. Not a lot more to add !

Just suddenly stopped working after 3 months- L ear very faint R ear still working- has only been used for Teams calls on a daily basis-not ideal

This is the second "Logitech 960 USB Wired Headset, Stereo Headphones with Noise-Cancelling Microphone" I've purchased within 1 one year. Much as the experience of the headset is good, the build is poor. Reason I say "poor" is, that within 6 months one of the earphones failed, just sound emitting. On both items (first bough October 2021, the second April 2022) the right earphone failed.Something to note for anyone considering this product.

I bought this for my OU course, as several people who had slight hearing problems were having difficulty understanding me in online rooms and tutorials when I was using the inbuilt laptop microphone. I would have preferred a headset with standard 3.5 mm jacks, but this wasn't an option, as my laptop only one switchable socket, and not separate headphone and mike sockets. USB headsets seem to be slightly more expensive.The headset worked immediately I plugged it in (Windows 8), and it automatically switched off my laptop mike and speakers. My only gripe is that the mike volume on my laptop had to be set to maximum for a decent sound level. More oomph would have been nice.As to its durability, I'm not yet sure. I've used it daily for a month now and so far it's held up.5 stars so far.

I have ordered this new headset in Jan2022.I was given same headset from my office 4 years back and was using it since then with no issues. I really love this headset as its light weight and sound clarity is too good.Now in April -22 the microphone stopped working and it is of no use for me.I dont expect this from Logitech as i use most of their devices and they work brilliantly.Is there something Logitech can do it for me to replace the faulty one?I understand I am beyond month return policy but then i am skeptical to order the same again.Thank you
