Well this item has arrived today . I am 45 and struggled through trying to breastfeed in my thirtys due to an inverted grade 3 nipple so I was ok with one completely normal nipple but struggled with my right nipple . Anyway it's bothered me quite a lot over the years from a breastfeeding view and now a cosmetic view .Anyway from a nipple that has been inverted and buried from about my twenties when it only came out when forced and since late twenties stayed severely buried I was extremely apprehensive expecting nothing .Completely shocked when I popped this on and my nipple pulled out straight away without pain !!!! Could not believe it you just need to hold suction over your nipple area so no air is able to get between your skin and the suction . I then as advised took the syringe off put my bra back on I tend to wear the thick fabric kind which are ideal for this as nothing shows and popped my top on . You would never know what I'm wearing underneath I keep peeking expecting it to have disappeared !!!!! .It is very early days but the fact my nipple is seeing light of day after about 15-20years hidden is amazing . I sincerely hope after 3 months it stays in the daylight . Will keep you posted . Wish I had purchased this years ago if it existed .If your thinking about buying one for breastfeeding or cosmetic reasons I would highly recommend you spending the money .It is now day 2 wore the product for about 4 hours yesterday . My nipple stayed out after taking it off for about 2 hrs and after it went back in I was able to get it back out easily this is amazing defiantly felt more confident with my body and my husband was amazed too ๐ค๐ค๐and must for anyone thinking how I did about a grade 3 inverted Nipple .

It's early days but this seems to work!
I bought this recently as I am hoping it will help me to breastfeed by correcting my inverted nipples. However, I didn't realise that you can't use the product during the last trimester of pregnancy and as I received it only a couple of weeks before I started my third trimester, I have only been able to give it a quick try. On my initial go of the product, I was amazed that the syringe pulled out my nipple completely into the plastic cup. I have found it very easy to tuck the product into my bra for just sitting around the house to allow it to work its magic while I stay in the comfort of my home and also when I'm in bed. I think you could go out and about if you were wearing a jumper or loose clothes but I haven't braved that yet! I was only able to use the product for about a week but I noticed that my nipples stayed out for over a week after I stopped using the product and although they have gradually receded (although not as far back in as they used to be), I can see that if you use this long term then it will do as it promises. According to the instructions, I should be able to use the syringes to pull out my nipple when I do want to breastfeed. I am happy to give this a try and am fairly confident it will work. I would have preferred to have corrected my 'problem' prior to getting pregnant but I didn't know about the product back then. I have noticed a few reviews mentioning that it is painful. I haven't found that it is painful but think that it could be if you try and be too ambitious and over suction. I think it's worth doing this slowly but surely so that you get maximum results with minimum discomfort.

Bruised,Bleeding and Optimistic
So there is no escaping that this is going to be an awkward and TMI review but I felt I have to provide some sort of idea of what this product actually does. I have suffered from Grade I inverted nipples all my life and while that is not too extreme I was self conscious and this seemed like a harmless fix. So to start off with as this has been asked in the questions - it was packaged extremely discreetly, my flatmate even collected it for me and was none the wiser. The box contains: 1x manual, 2x suction devices, 2x syringes and 2x plastic travel boxes. It's fairly self explanatory in how to use it although it took a couple of attempts to get it to stay on (it might be worth getting somebody to help you the first time using it) it's as easy as: use lots of lubricant on area (non petroleum based according to manual), attach syringe to suction device, put it in place, hold device with one hand and use syringe with other, then detach syringe - a little fiddly but not undoable. Having had the product for a little bit now I do believe as with the other reviewers that THIS WORKS. Also on another positive note while it's slightly awkward putting a bra on while wearing the device it's not at all noticeable underneath your clothes so you can get away with wearing it all day. HOWEVER what I was not aware of was how UNCOMFORTABLE it would be to have my entire areola sucked (hard) into something the size of a thimble. The first time I used it my nipples became so bruised they turned black and started to bleed. I even began lactating for some reason (and no I am not pregnant). Can I just say OWW? A week later my nipples were so dry that the skin started peeling off them (and I moisturise 3x a day with these). I'm no expert but I could not imagine putting my nipples through this if I were pregnant so credit where it's due to anybody using this while pregnant. If you have just purchased this device I recommend using a lot of moisturiser and starting off by only using it for a few hours a day to get used to it. That said I will continue to use the device despite all of this as I do genuinely believe that it works and after all no pain no gain, right?
