I am someone that has insomnia, on and off, for as long as I can remember. Sometimes I can be blessed with 7 hours sleep max, often making do with 4 or 5 (I realise people are worse off). I had read memory foam pillows can help, so invested in 2 of these. Initially, they are a little strange, as they feel very different and thicker to regular pillows. At first, I couldn't sleep on them, so sat on them on my sofa for a couple of days so they were the right size for me. Having done this, they are now absolutely fantastic. They are so comfortable, and give great support to the head and neck. There are no issues with being warm as with some memory foam products. These pillows are superb value for money and highly recommended.

Heavy. Pretty good but a little hard and thin. A bit of softer stuff round outer layer would improve it for me

Being a migraine suffer, I need a good pillow & so far this has proved to be just that. At first it seemed a little higher/thicker than I would have liked, but after a week's use, I've gotten used to it. It's very comfortable for my needs, it cushions my head & neck well, although it may not suit everyone. My wife tried it & found it too high & too hard for her. So depending on what your personal requirements are then this pillow may suit you.

100% memory foam pillows were purchased in the past and all failed to satisfy. Some were profiled and they were less comfortable than those of a standard shape. Most were more expensive than this and one was over £60 after a discount! Simpler designs opt for a single piece of foam that is trimmed into the curves of a standard pillow and many can also retain heat, some are a sandwich as is this, and others shape the foam into a series of hollow 'springs' which are cooler and supposedly offer greater comfort but they can also be very expensive. This "Slumberdown CoolMax Memory Foam Pillow - White" is styled as a traditional pillow and comprises a foam shell with a hollowfibre core. Described as 'firm', they feel quite soft and surprisingly lightweight as memory foam is normally dense and heavy. The level of support provided seems initially adequate while not itself offering a similar level support to that of a memory foam mattress currently used. It needs be noted that the pillow is not vacuum-packed and does not therefore need to 'inflate' over several hours. It lacks depth and is probably no more than 10cm deep at the centre which may prove inadequate for those used to a well fluffed-up pillow. Initially comfortable, it will need continued use over several nights' use to fully assess. However, appearances can be deceptive and sleeping on it was surprisingly easy and comfortable with plenty of support. There was no body heat being transferred to any noticeable level and it did stay cool throughout the night although the unheated room temperature was mostly slightly above 28C! It also fully retained its shape and obviously does not need shaking out before or after use. Priced slightly higher than most mid-range pillows, it provides very good value and an excellent sleeping experience. POSTSCRIPT 09-2018 - has lost shape and cannot be shaken or otherwise coerced back to normal. After two weeks use or less, it is less supportive, other than when watching TV in bed , and less comfortable. Would not buy another!

I needed a cheap but decent’ish pillow for when I have to stay at work overnight. Not the most fanciest pillow I’ve used but it’s pretty good for the price and should last a while as it’s only for occasional use. Must say that it does stay cool for a good while and is malleable enough to find a comfortable position.

This is not a memory foam pillow at all. It's just a normal pillow with a bit of upholstery foam inside it. It's very soft and very misshapen. Zero support for head, neck or back. They are mis-advertising this product! I expected much from this brand

I like the quality of the pillow, very comfortable, just a little to high,otherwise very good.

didnt know what to expect from a memory foam pillow, chose these because of the reviews. bought them as my old pillows were giving me neck ache. found them comfy and not too hard. value for money
