I bought this for my mum who had a similar phone that stopped working. As a spare phone they are really cool to have knocking about as they come Sim Free and not locked to any network provider. If like my mum you only want to make calls and send Texts and aren't concerned with following phone fashion these are ideal. Pros are the simplicity of use, they are very intuitive to use with no nasty menu surprises. The screen is clear and easy to read, the button/key pad is also well laid out and easy to follow. The charger stand is a nice touch. So why only 4 stars? It just feels a little flimsy, don't get me wrong it is well made and well put together and for someone like my mum who will treat it with respect and look after it, no problem. Wouldn't last long it I gave it to one of my kids!!!

I bought this for my elderly mother. She likes it - the big buttons, clear screen with big type, no confusing functions and ease of use. I thought the cradle charging would be very handy - solving the problem of that fiddly micro USB connection. But the cradle doesn’t work - hence the 3 stars instead of 5. In fairness I should’ve sent it back as faulty but didn’t want my mother to be without a phone for days at a time. Maybe the manufacturer wants to pick this up with me to turn those 3 stars into 5.

This recent purchase replaced an identical same make mobile which was loosing its charge. To be fair, the old one was many years old,at a guess about 8 or 9 years so it was time it retired. It is used primarily to contact family a couple of times a week, it is reliable and the keyboard voices the numbers as you dial. There has never been a problem with the sound quality. On the first mobile we did have the emergency button initiate a call to services, mainly because we didn't know you had to disable it if you didn't want to use it. But also because the call button is on the back of the phone,easy to use in an emergency,but also easy to accidentally 'catch' if the phone is in a trouser back pocket. However these additional features,like the speaking keypad can easily be disabled in settings. Strangely,we found this little phone to be very reliable for use out of the country. We found that in Cuba it worked perfectly on a pay as you go basis when a smartphone on contract wouldn't. It also performed well in Thailand too. It comes with a charging cradle as well as a USB cable and plug. Because our use of it is minimal,it lasts for weeks between charges. If you want a reliable phone to make calls with and don't want anything too technical then this is the phone for you. Recommend.

Purchased for an elderly relative. Big buttons and fairly easy to use. Well looked after, always kept in a soft case in a handbag, yet it broke in less than a year. If you're trying to encourage an elderly relative to use a mobile phone and you buy them this and it breaks with infrequent usage - you will actively discourage them as they will feel it was somehow their fault and add to a possible fear of tech. Complete waste of time and money.

Very nice phone easy to use

I purchased the same phone almost 2 years ago when I retired and wanted just a simple cost effective Mobile Telephone, literally to make and receive Calls and text messages, it was SIM Free which suited My purposes, I have used it extensively over nearly two years without any problems whatsoever, therefore I decided to Purchase this second TT Phone for My Wife, We are now singing from the same Hymn sheet. She finds it useful and compact, the large buttons are very useful and being a flip Phone, you cannot inadvertently press the buttons when it is in Your Pocket or Handbag. A Good sensible purchase.

Possibilità di memorizzare 8 numeri brevi per poi richiamarli tenendo premuto il tasto corrispondente da 2 a 9 Tasto SOS molto comodo e pratico che, tenuto pigiato per 2 secondi, inoltra in sequenza programmabile sia gli sms (personalizzabili) che la chiamata vocale. Ottima la base di ricarica per facilitare la procedura a chi ha poca manualità o difficoltà visive. Manuale chiaro e illustrato anche in italiano. Un prodotto senza fronzoli che fa egregiamente il suo lavoro.

Super Handy für die ältere Generation. Habe es für meine Mutter bestellt und sie kommt mit ihren 79 Jahren gut damit zurecht. Toll findet sie das ansagen der Nummern beim wählen ( kann man aber abstellen ).

Perfecto para personas mayores. El aspecto no es muy bueno pero parece resistente. Muy facil de utilizar y con sonido potente. La unica pega es que el boton sos se dispara si se lleva en el bolsillo de pantalon. No se puede pedir mas por ese precio
