Great for Alloys.
Picked these up £2 each, my local auto store sells them for £7 so instantly I ordered a bunch as it was a bargain. I had some alloy wheels but they werent in the best of condition, a bit of patience and some sanding meant I could then use this paint to prime them. As you can see it is bright yellow but leaves a perfect blank canvas to work from. The paint stuck to the primer like glue and to ensure it would last I sprayed some clear coat on top. I was happy with the end result and I am planning to paint some more wheels soon.

Says what it does on the tin!
I bought this to prime my rusty old motorbike. After rubbing it down I applied the spray just as the instructions directed. I found the first spray always difficult, with the first blast tending to 'wave', but after a bit of experience I became better at it. The product seems excellent and gives a good result after two or three thin coatings. You may want to invest in more than one can at a time. You may well need them! Now I have to put the final top coat on - fingers crossed.

Excellent spray paint
This is fantastic spray paint, not very thick as a filler, but a great even colour. I used it on wood prior to gilding, as a 'bole' and it worked perfectly, a great warm yellow/ochre/orange colour.

FILLER PRIMER: Terrible nozzle and not that impressed with the product
PRODUCT REVIEW: Autotek Filler Primer 500ml"There are far better products out there that will do a better job. This is not a true filler primer. Stick with an epoxy primer or high build primer if you need to use a spray can"PRICEI paid £1.99 per can back in May 2018 when this product was first advertised. Now it's listed for £8.99. That is a 352% increase.APPLICATION1. The nozzle is a terrible let down. As you can see from my picture the nozzle doesn't actually seat well and can become easily clogged. The spray pattern from these types of nozzles is also concentrated to a single spot. This means less control and the possibility for getting runs. This is the fault of these types of nozzles. Your performance may vary depending on your ability to control the fan and to adapt your arm speed to attempt to control the paint.2. Filler properties. Very questionable. It's meant to be a filler primer yet it behaves like a primer. It's ability to fill pin holes isn't great let alone rust pits. I've had better results from epoxy primers like 'Spectal Under 365' when it comes to coverage. I would avoid this product in the future and stick with regular high build primers and epoxy primers when corrosion resistance is required. If you have access to 2K high build primer, this is far superior to anything out of a spray can.

Not a bad product and very reasonably priced.
Two things: First, this stuff is quite a bright yellow which is not exactly the best colour as a base for grey metallic.Second, another reviewer said that this primer reacted badly with existing paintwork. Well, I had a similar problem with areas of the panel coming out feeling like 320 sandpaper which proved extremely difficult to match in to surrounding areas even after smoothing right down. In my particular case, the panel was in not in the best of shape to say the least so this is not a criticism of the product just a note of my particular experience. Overall I would say this is good value but not the highest quality but at around £2 a can that's to be expected.
