Fantastic ! this does exactly what it's supposed to & does it really well , i've had it in use a few days now & it works great , gets rid of any pops /loud breath noises yet the singing vocals come through clearly . for years i was suing the old hoop with fabric over it style . this works as good maybe even better at a stellar price . so far i've tried it on a Rode NT-1 fits great & works . people were complaining the straps break ? mine seem pretty good PLUS they now come with an extra set inside A+++

Some people posted their chopped photos of blue yetis and other thick mics to negatively review the filter bands fit. It almost affected my decision to buy this filter. But thankfully, we know how to use our noodles around here. As you can see, it fits great on a Blue Yeti. This thing is paper lightweight, easy to adjust, and doesnt get in the way of anything. Protip: With thicker mics, you have to apply the bands first and then apply the filter (with the hooks facing up). I included a side picture for reference of where I set my bands. This filter isn’t tall, but it’s tall enough for the yeti I have. Since you don’t (p.s: seriously, don’t) talk into the top part of the mic, don’t be worried about it being bald up there, the filter is 100% fine and functions as intended.

It does what it's supposed to do. Fits the CM25 mic about perfectly. The rubber-bands that hold onto the mic are a bit looser than I like, but they're just barely snug enough that it won't slip. The filter itself is really pretty good -- better than I had expected for this price. The frame holding the filter-material is cheap plastic that doesn't feel durable at all, but that's not a problem as far as I'm concerned. The frame doesn't really have a tough enough job to do that it needs to be a sturdier material. Making it metal would just add weight, and then those rubber-bands mightn't hold it in place since they just barely do as-is. The way the rubber-bands attach to the plastic frame could have been done better. That's probably the only thing I'd consider a flaw -- it's really easy to accidentally pop the rubber-bands off the filter-frame while putting the filter on or adjusting it. They do feel like they'll probably last a while, they're more like O-rings than rubber-bands. All in all, I'm happy with it and I think you'd probably have trouble finding a better one at this price-point.

I didn't hold out a ton of hope for this little guy, being its small stature, small price and what I assumed were super cheap materials. But for the price (and the promise of free returns) I thought it would be worth a try. I'm glad to report I was very satisfied with its performance. I'm a Composer/Sound Designer and do a ton of voiceover as well. I did a lengthy voice session last night using only this as a pop filter, after testing it extensively for its intended purpose of removing plosives. The thing was great! It wasn't too bad fitting it over a large condenser mic and using it for side-address positioning. It is definitely a minimalist design, but the construction seems to be good enough to last a long while. Shipping was fast, it came packaged well and the "chemical smell," a review mentioned wasn't even an issue. There was a slight smell when first opening the box, but that is what I call, "New Gear Smell," and I actually like it. It faded fast once unwrapped, btw. I figured I would at least need to use one of the traditional "pantyhose-on-a-hanger" pop filters in front of this device, but I quickly found this wasn't needed at all. I POPPED the screen many times during my voiceover tests (harder than I would ever need to in a real session) and this thing prevented them all. I do not agree that it prevents unwanted room sound or noise, so I use a big shield attached to the mic stand to accomplish this. The only minor issue I had, is that it does affect the sound slightly, removing some of the high-mid frequencies (I have a deep baritone voice) but this is more of a nitpick, which I corrected using a little EQ to sharpen up that part of the spectrum. All in all, I love this thing! It's a great solution to a bulky and sometimes very ineffective solution.

I am using this pop filter on my Sennheiser Professional Profile, and it works great! I did need to flip it upside down in order to retain access to my dials, but that is hardly an issue. Maybe I had it upside down originally and this is actually correct. There isn't any branding on it thankfully, so it doesn't matter. As for the job it is meant to do, I can definitely tell the difference, but I do wish it were just a little more effective. That said, for the money, this is a no brainer. If you just want an improvement without the need for studio quality or studio pricing, then this is the pop filter for you. It even came with extras bands in case the first set break (not that I find that likely). If nothing else, this is an excellent spit guard

The filter does its job at taming harsh sounds and keeping the audio level stable. I enjoyed using this until the strap broke on its own. The strap holding this filter onto the mic is a thick rubber band, kind of like a gasket. I put in on Razer Emote microphone and left it untouched for 3 months until the strap ripped itself. The strap wasn't overstretched or anything. Including extra strap would be nice.

It works as well as the pop filter that came with my mic while being so much better looking and way smaller. Installation was easy, but be sure to stretch the rubber bands across all four pegs for a better fit. At first, I had the bands only stretched across the two outer pegs and the microphone wasn’t centered and was wobbly. The look is fantastic. I use a cheap Tonor mic for some of my recordings and this filter makes it look much more professional. It also works as well as the filter that came with the mic, but that filter is a big circle that connects to the arm, rather than the mic. It looks terrible on camera. Replacing it with this filter made the microphone setup look a lot better and swivel around easier. Definitely would recommend this filter. It’s a huge upgrade over the big circle kind.

does the job perfectly, attaches on easily and stays on well, small enough to be out the way whilst covering the microphone exactly as needed, cheap enough that it doesn't take a chunk out of your wallet and constructed well enough that you won't need to buy it again anytime soon, very durable and stable

I bought this pop filter for my desk microphone as it is neat and unobtrusive on my desktop . It works brilliantly to conceal pops and plosives on my voice when Zoom calling, gaming or recording. I also use it when location recording, as it is neat and portable. It is easy to install, fits most mics and has a 3 layer filter. It also comes with 2 spare elastic bands. Considering its price point it is great value and carries a 12 month warranty.

Wer sich mit Audio und Musikproduktion auskennt, weiß: Vocals werden im Mix später ohnehin massiv effektiert – da wandert die Spur durch Low-Cuts, Kompressoren, De-Esser und Sättigung. Aber das rohe Fundament muss stimmen. Wenn die Kapsel durch ungebremste Luftstöße erst mal übersteuert und das Signal clippt, rettet das kein Plugin der Welt mehr. Genau hier macht dieser Studio-Screen einen perfekten Job: Das Teil sitzt bombenfest um das Mikrofon, passt millimetergenau und fängt die kritischen Luftstöße bei Explosivlauten wie P, Z, T, K und H absolut zuverlässig ab, ohne die wichtigen Höhen im Frequenzgang wegzudämpfen. Ein richtig fetter Pluspunkt, den viele Mitrezensenten komplett unterschlagen: Dem Ploppschutz liegen direkt Ersatzgummis bei! Da diese Gummibänder durch die ständige Spannung und den Weichmacherverlust mit der Zeit unweigerlich ausleiern oder reißen, ist das ein extrem durchdachtes Detail, das die Lebensdauer des Filters massiv verlängert. Fazit: Schnörkelloses, effizientes Werkzeug für ein sauberes Recording-Fundament.
