Beaphar Vionate Vitamin and Mineral Supplement for Pets 500 g

This is, in my opinion, a very good bird vitamin and mineral supplement. It is in powder form and you sprinkle it onto bird food. My birds don't object to it's taste. Also it has a good range of vitamins and minerals in it. Apparently it is used by a lot of professional bird keepers as well as private ones. My parrotts seem to like it and l know that all parrots are picky and fussy. So any extra dietary requirements are fulfilled. There is a lot of powder in the container so it is value for money as well. I prefer this method to adding drops into water as water is thrown away daily. So less waste. I recommend this suppliment for bird keepers. It is also good value for money and lasts a while.

This product is very good,if your pet is not geting vitamins just put in small lot of powder of his coat will return to a nice shiny coat.If your pet is losing its hair due to fleas,use flea treatment then add some of this powder to its wet food,after a few weeks the hairwill start to grow again and your pet will return to normal,I have 2 cats who have had problems with hair loss and now they are backto normal and look happy again.

I bought this for my dog and my cat. My dog eats poo, and was told B12 is good to stop that habit. My cat throws up all the time, and constantly gets bad matts in her fur. They are both taking it very well. My dog will eat anything, so I just sprinkle it over her dry food, and she laps up every last bit! For my cat, I mix it into her wet food, and she has been eating it fine.Update 1: They've been taking it for a couple of weeks now. My cat seems to be doing well. She's still eating it, and she looks healthy, but most importantly, she hasn't thrown up since she's been taking it! Fingers crossed that continues.My dog however, is still eating poo, so it's not doing anything for her... maybe I need something stronger for her.Update 2: We went on holiday for a few days, and the person feeding my cat didn't give her the powder with her food. When I got back, there was vomit, and a very nasty matt in her fur... We hadn't had this problem since we started giving her the powder over a month ago. So this stuff really does work for cats. I will get her back on it again!For dogs - well my dog - not so much luck. Just stopped giving it to her, as there was no difference at all.

This stuff is the bomb. I bought it for my cat, who has long-term health issues. I figured that if I was careful with the dosage then it probably wouldn't do too much harm. I also wanted to supplement some food I had for him that wasn't 'complete'. This product does not contain taurine but if your cat doesn't get enough of that from its diet anyway then you're probably getting something very wrong. The powder dissolves pretty easily in any meal with a moderate amount of moisture in it (anything from a pouch, for a start), it didn't take long to kick in and his coat has been so lustrous on this stuff that I almost feel guilty for not having given anything similar to my previous cat--not that he even needed it really. It's just that good.

I have been using this for a while and for my two Siamese cats .. they hate mass produced cat foods so they get freshly cooked chicken or fish and sprinkle this over it… my vets always compliment me on how well they are.. so a big thumbs up from us

Bought this on the strength of the good reviews...however when it arrived and i opened it and mixed it in with a felix soup sachet...well it didnt mix well. Is a very strange creamy / yellow consistency in its shade when mixed into food. And it didnt seem to dissolve and mix well....so i checked the back of the container and saw it has MAIZE as a key ingredient, which is CORN which is a GRAINThank goodness i checked before giving this to my pet as hes on a grain free diet and this would have made him really ill.Therefore for any people with pets on a GRAIN FREE DIET i would advise AVOIDING thisI have since bought a purina pro multivitamin powder with NO corn in it.THis listing on amazon should be honest and say this is not suitable for a gluten / grain free diet

My seven year old retired racing greyhound is starting to show the consequences of having been hammered around the track during his formative years. His arthritic front toes don't bother him thanks to Cortaflex, but he's lost his mojo. I'm always cautious with chemicals and supplements, but thought I would try Vionate. Two weeks ago I started putting a heaped teaspoon on his morning feed. I think it's making a difference as he is more willing to run and play, and is generally more alert. He's always had a lovely shiny coat but now it's silkier than ever.
