A Better Dog Food | Chicken Dry Dog Food | Raw You Can See | High Protein Kibble + Freeze Dried Raw Dog Food

I switched to this brand of dog food when I saw it on sale at my local grocery store, then have been getting it delivered monthly from Amazon ever since. Previously gave my dog Costco salmon kibble, which made her poops enormous and soft. With this food, the dog gets all the protein she needs in half the quantity of kibble compared to Costco and other brands that are heavy with grains, and her poops are half the previous size and more firm. I'm paying more money but it seems worth it for higher quality ingredients, and I'm no longer having to buy supplements for her kibble.

My dog is 7lbs, very very picky, also has chronic colitis. This food has been a life savor! I was giving the salmon freeze dried treats from A Better Treat at first then saw that they made this food, so tried it. My dog Monkey devours the food in seconds, (he’s never done that with any other food) and it’s easy on his tummy so that he doesn’t have diarrhea. I love seeing the chunks of salmon and broccoli in his food and overall I’m very impressed w the premium quality. 5 stars from my picky little Monkey!

I have been feeding my rescue puppy this food now for a while. I thought I could switch it up a little and try the chicken formula. Unfortunately the chicken is giving her diarrhea (which she is not getting from chicken treats or raw chicken), so I switched back to the salmon. I wish there would be more raw pieces for this price but I will still buy it because my puppy just loves it (she is normally a picky eater)

Okay, I’m not one to write reviews, but this dog food has relieved so much stress for me! I have an extremely picky 8 month old puppy. I’ve tried countless different types of food in the 5 months I’ve had her and when she seems to really be liking one, she decides after a few days that she doesn’t like it anymore. She gets to the point where she refuses to eat more than a few bites a day, and no trick that I’ve tried has seemed to help these stubborn refusals at all. The only thing that interested her in the least bit was the “shreds of chicken” in otherwise regular kibble. Which lead me on a search for a more natural (but still well balanced) dry food for her because refrigerated/frozen natural foods don’t work for our outdoorsy lifestyle. But, I still wanted something that I knew was more natural rather than processed. Fast forward through all of my research and I stumbled upon this brand. I started with their treats to see how my pup reacted to them over a few days time. After a week she was still excited for them, so I decided to take a chance on the food. And that’s when our life changed. I’ve never seen her so excited about food before (even including human food)! I can’t blame her, because even the kibble portion of this food looks and smells so much more appetizing than any other kibble we’ve seen/tried. We’ll be trying out the small bag of Salmon flavored next and I will probably keep her on a rotation between the two flavors to keep it exciting, but this brand has earned a lifelong customer from us! I seriously can’t express how thrilled I am to have found this brand. It is a bit pricey compared to generic dry food, but it is so absolutely worth it. I will never buy anything else.

Disappointed in the lack of actual freeze dried salmon / veg bits :: looks like they dumped a cup at the top of the bag with no FD bits beyond the top layer.OTHERWISE this is still a kibble of better ingredients / quality than many.

My dog is a Catahoula Lepord/Siberian Husky/Malamute mix and she loves this dog food, this is our 3rd bag of dog food at recommended feeding. I wish the bag was bigger than 15lbs is my only complaint. But Amazon subscription make it a lot easier to get the food auto shipped.

My dog had so many tummy issues after she turned one and we had to switch to adult food. Plus chicken does not agree with her. This is pricey but she feels great and has healthy bowels.

Barely no veggies or dry chicken in it maybe just a handful my dog will eat it however it cause really bad diarrhea
