Lovely-flavoured oil!
This is a very lovely-flavoured oil! I can smell the Truffle! I poured it on roasted pork with some Maldon Salt. Amazing! I poured it on tofu with some Maldon salt. Wow! It converts a simple dish into a very nice one! Although it is a bit expensive, it is worth it! Highly recommended!

LOVE this stuff!
This stuff is amazing for the price. A little goes a long way and so far I've used it in soups, risottos, pasta and mixed with (a generous amount of) light olive oil, it makes a tasty dipping oil for focaccia. There's no point adding this during cooking as the heat kills the taste so add a tiny bit at the end.A lot of reviews for similar products talk about foul/diesel taste and I don't know if this is because the oil is genuinely off or if it's due to people not having tasted truffles before because for me, they really were a taste acquired over the best part of a decade.I could smell it a mile off and couldn't abide even a hint but the more I tried it in dishes, the more I grew to like and eventually love it.If you haven't tried it before, either give it a go elsewhere first or get a small bottle like this and use it very conservatively (literally a drop at a time) until you find your happy place. Some people have commented elsewhere that no oil this cheap will be authentic but even IF the taste is largely artificial, it's a great imitation as my palate can't distinguish between this and what I've had in the best restaurants. I will definitely buy this again.

Not very strong
It’s nice but the flavour didn’t taste very strong of truffle compared to when you sniff it straight from the bottle. Will be looking for a different bottle with more flavour.

Delicious
Very high quality product. Really quite pungent, you don’t need much. Makes pasta luxurious and tasty.
