Hasbro Gaming Cluedo The Classic Mystery Game

I bought this to play around Christmas time as a family We had an old version on Cluedo however over the years of regular use it has become damaged and cards have gone missing I thought I would buy a brand new game as it was such a bargain price! The modern version of Cluedo appears to be very professionally finished and well made, as with all Hadbro board games The board is much more detailed than the old version, with extra rooms, extra characters and extra weapons which should make interesting playing for all families over Christmas!!

I hate Cluedo. It’s the only board game that I simply cannot stand. However, my wife and son absolutely love it so I had no choice really but to buy this when interest was shown in it. Although the game, in my opinion, is rubbish, those two absolutely love it and seem to know what’s going on from beginning to end whereas I just can’t make head nor tail of what’s going on. They both seem to have some idea who did it, what with, and where by the third go while I’m still trying to figure out how to move! The presentation is great and, if you like Cluedo, you’ll absolutely love this.

Great game for all from age 7 +, our son loved the game and has played it loads, even plays it himself as this can be fun for him to do this like a roll playing game when he is alone in his room. its great fun to see who did it at the end, really fun as it lasts for about 40 mins per game and every one is active for the whole game duration. santa brought this 1 and it has been an instant hit. hope this helps.

Just as much fun as I remember from my childhood, bought this for my granddaughter aged 8 but even my her brother aged 6 enjoyed playing, the figures have been redesigned and there are changes to the design of the board, but they love it bring it around to play with nanny and granddad.Also they tell me they play at home either just the two of them or with mum & dad. Good fun game that gets them away from the Xbox

Bought this for my two daughters aged 12 and 17, they love it I'm not too keen on the new layout and keep calling the characters by their originals names, there is also a new 2 player version which we haven't played yet. It's a game of mystery and strategy and keeps up entertained and away from the TV and social media which I love. Fantastic buy and takes me back to my childhood.

During the summer, there was some reference to Col. Mustard in the library with a candlestick, to which our children drew a complete blank. I resolved to correct this. I was pleased to see the game available on Amazon at a very competitive price. I was also pleased with how quickly it came. I was totally disappointed that the characters have now been "modernized". There is no longer a Col. Mustard or any of the other original characters. They have all been renamed and given a modern character description. The connection to the old characters is that the colourful surnames have been turned into "houses" like in Hogwarts. We have played it a few times, and the concept is still catching. My daughter loves it. I don't think we have played it enough to give it a durable rating. If I can, I will not rate it on that. If I am required to rate durability, I will sit on the fence and give it a three.

This is a fun game, a true classic. We had been playing the newer version for such a long time that it was nice to return to the classic. It has a few differences but nothing major, layout of the board and characters and their special powers (or lack thereof in the classic version). It was so cheap too!

I loved Cluedo as a child, so when my 8 year old daughter mentioned she would like it, it went straight to the top of her xmas present list. Sure enough, she loves it as much as I did. It's easy to master and encourages logical thinking. A good introduction to more adult games but with a short playing time (great for kids concentration and parents forced into play again and again!) The ONE downside-why have they changed/modernised the characters? I miss Mrs White and Colonel Mustard :(

Tuve este juego cuando era niña, y ahora lo compre de adulto. Esta en ingles lo que para mi es mejor, sin embargo extraño la version original del juego, ahora viene con personajes modernos y pierde un poco el toque el juego.

My friends and me enjoy playing from time to time some table games. Since all of us are speaking different languages, we decided to go for the English version. The table game arrived quite soon and we played our first rounds. The quality of the game is very good and we had different possibilities to play it. Sadly we needed additional paper to make some notes, but it is also possible to play it only with the paper which is included by the game itself.

La spedizione come da standard amazon e' addirittura arrivata prima del previsto ed imballata alla perfezione. Il gioco che nei maggiori negozi in Italia costa un terzo in più e' molto bello ed appassiona tutta la famiglia. Non avevamo capito che era in inglese ma sul sito della hasbro si possono scaricare le regole in italiano e si riesce a giocare benissimo anche cosi. Anzi e' un ottimo modo per allenare i bambini ! Ottimo
