Solid quality
This one is a W. Good crisp bass and high freq's, love it.

No Mac connectivity
Great headphones that compete with more expensive options, but pretty poor from 1More that they still don't have compatibility with OS X.

A great experience, if you’re willing to do a little work.
I have spent a little over 2 weeks with the 1MORE Aero earbuds and my initial impressions of the audio performance were a bit disappointing given the hardware on offer. Thankfully the experience can be greatly improved with a little effort from the end-user. My 5 star rating is based on the pre-order price of $79.99 which is only slightly less that the current sale price of $89.99 (which includes a free Qi charger through 11/30/22).Audio Performance (9/10 when tuned with my custom 1MORE Aero Wavelet Profile):I wouldn’t say that I am an audiophile but I am very sensitive to low quality audio sources and poor speaker tuning. Unfortunately, the default sound profile of the Aero is a bit bass heavy with a sort of muddy midrange and distant sounding treble. None of the included Sonarworks sound profiles did much to resolve the issues. I tried using the equalizer included in the 1MORE app and that helped bring forward the treble and tame the bass, but I couldn’t quite get the mids to sound right. After a little comparison I found that these earbuds perform worse on my Android 12 phone when set to the default AAC profile and there was an improvement in high frequency roll off with SBC. Knowing that the drivers responded well to large equalizer adjustments, I turned to an app called Wavelet which can import sound profiles from the AutoEq database. No one has profiled the 1MORE Aero but there was a profile for the 1MORE Single Driver which performed the best out of the available 1MORE IEM profiles. Applying the Single Driver profile in Wavelet results in a Harmon-esque sound profile that is perhaps a bit brighter. I added an additional custom profile in the Wavelet graphic equalizer to dial in the sound to my specific taste. The result is a sound profile that responds very well to a variety of sources. For those that care; I performed my evaluation with a large number of tracks including the following: Keiko Matsui - Valley, Keiko Matsui - Facing up (solo piano), Linkin Park - Pushing me Away, Story of the Year - Razorblades, Killswitch Engage – My Curse (a naturally busy and poorly engineered track), Guiseppe Ottaviani with Lucid Blue - I Believe, Dua Lipa - Cold Heart, Breathe - Hands to Heaven, etc. FLAC sources were used for the majority.EDIT 11/23/2022: Updated the sound score to 9/10 after creating a custom Wavelet profile based on a frequency response graph for the 1MORE Aero that I composited over a Harmon target. The custom profile was initially created with offset values then tweaked to taste. I have attached a screenshot of the values I used to import my profile into Wavelet. The new profile has improved clarity in the upper mid-range and presence region when compared with the 1MORE Single Piston profile. Overall the improvement is night and day over the stock tuning and if not for the minuscule amount of compression in certain Metallic Rock tracks, I'd give this a 10 out of 10 at less than $100. It's really a shame that 1MORE chose not to include LDAC in this.Active Noise Cancellation (10/10):I am not big on ANC unless I am traveling by air so it was nice that I actually had an opportunity to put 1MORE’s revised ANC to the test during a 4.5 hour flight to and from NYC. In both cases I sat aft of the wing and engines of both an Airbus and Boeing aircraft, the Boeing being louder overall. Performance of the ANC was above my expectations. I used to travel a lot but rarely used ANC due to the battery drain that would occur. The specs show 5 hours of listening with ANC enabled so I gave it a try. ANC mid was strong enough to cut the sound from the engines and air passing around the airframe, and allowed me to hear a conversation occurring in the row behind me with the music off. Going to ANC high reduced noise levels further but resulted in a slight hiss that I didn’t feel was an improvement. I started the return trip at about 90% on the buds and hit 30% within about 4 hours. A quick 5 minute charge brought them up above 60%. I haven’t adequately tested Adaptive ANC but it seems to cycle seamlessly between off and mid settings.Spatial Audio (8/10):Spatial Audio works well but to me it’s more of a gimmick. I have not tried spatial audio on another device so my experience with this technology is limited. SA on the Aero is responsive and was interesting to test out, but I don’t see myself using it again and I would have preferred that 1MORE include LDAC instead of Spatial Audio.Microphones (9/10):I have made several calls and people report that they can hear me loud and clear, even with a bit of wind. Recordings in wind exhibit a slightly digital quality at times so I took off a point.Hardware (9/10):The case is well designed and fits better in my pocket than most of the TWS cases I have used. Charging in the case is fast with about 10 minutes providing an hour or so of listening in my experience. The earbuds themselves are very comfortable and I have been able to wear them for 5+ hours straight with minimal discomfort. The materials on the case and earbuds seem high quality and have resisted surface scratches better than some other sets that I have. Case battery life is excellent and I find that I rarely need to charge the case despite lots of use.TLDR:Audio performance is ok from the factory, but improves greatly with a little tuning in Wavelet. ANC is excellent. Spatial Audio performs well but is kind of a gimmick. Microphones are excellent and these buds work well for calls. The overall experience is excellent for the money (I pre-ordered for $79.99) and the hardware feels like it should be very durable over time. Hopefully someone with the appropriate equipment will submit data for the Aero to the AutoEq database. I’m really interested to see how these perform with better correction data.

Non existent customer service
I have an older model. When I started having problems connecting to iPhone a few weeks before warranty expired, I called, then texted, then emailed customer support. Nothing! Tried repeatedly for three months. By then one of the buttons stopped working. Never did hear back. Finally gave up.
