When I ordered this Gimbal I didn't have high hopes for the tracking technology, but figured if the stabilizer works it would still be ok value for the cost. Upon unpacking and testing I was happy with the sturdiness and preserved build quality. Took it to my sons basketball tournament to record games and the tracking is absolutely fantastic! It was able to track the game and seemed to always be in position to capture the action.Having the device itself at games is like free advertising for the company. I had at least 10 people looking it up to buy one for themselves.Super happy with the video results and although I haven't tried the live streaming, I did share the videos with the team after the game using a simple URL link for them to view.Very user friendly and I would highly recommend to anyone looking to record sporting events.

Unfortunately the gimbal does not track the ball well. Which is the main thing it needs to do. It's a shame because the product looks good, it is easy to use, very practical overall. App is also decent. You can download videos easily to your phone and share. And price is decent. But the AI / software to track the ball is clearly still early in development phase. It tracks the ball sometimes but seems the tracker gets distracted with pretty much anything else on the field, whether it's sideline players, people watching, cars driving by, etc. and it's hard to have games where there is nothing on the sideline. Even when it's not distracted by things moving on the sideline, it seems to have a hard time identifying the actual ball. Many times it got stuck on a random player away from where the ball is. I tried it on three games, different conditions, fields, etc. result was very consistent. Finally, the movement still not smooth and after watching a while, you end up dizzy. i showed my kids the recording of their games and half way through both asked to stop as they were feeling dizzy and with headaches. i think this product has potential but as someone write elsewhere, not ready for primetime yet. Better to spend a bit more and get one of the premium camera systems (Trace, Veo, etc). I will.

I used the gimble for two boys soccer games in nice sunny games in a weekend. The basic setup was ok, but the serving game I had the game recording in under 30 seconds. It is challenging to get the right starting point (angling down for example) when using a taller tripod, but it seemed to work. The gimble tracked the play 90% of the time and was easy to check on during the game. It messed up a few times when there was a corner or sideline ball and got stuck. Twisting the tripod worked a couple of times, but sometimes it stayed locked on a sideline inexplicably.The real problem was that the Bluetooth dropped after 5 or more minutes during the game. It would chirp that it was disconnected (while limply hanging and recording). A few clicks got it to reconnect, but I also needed to stop recording and reset the whole thing. It would help tremendously if the Bluetooth could retry on its own. But Bluetooth is an untrustworthy connection, the gimble and phone are touching each other - a hardwire connection would be much more trustworthy for this.

The product meets the expectations. It allows taking a video of a soccer game without having to hold it all the time. I had to spend some time though to really grasp the subtleties of some advanced settings on the app. So far I do not know how to trigger zooming.But the product is working good and meet the expectations

Recordings for soccer tracking is great,but sometimes u need to help the gimble on where its suppose to be recording so a remote or apple watch is needed. And bluetooth disconnects at times during recordings which is annoying if your not near it. Overall this gimble will require a baby sitter if u want it to work porperly.

I have used this gimbal mostly for my kid's basketball class. It is easy to install, and the app is user friendly. All I have to do is to attach my phone to the gimbal, pair the bluetooth, turn on the gimbal, and then choose the right sport type.Overall it is pretty accurate in auto tracking. This smart little robot truly knows what it is supposed to do. It follows the movement and it is able to zoom in at certain times. Sometimes it loses its track, but it will quickly look around and find its object. I cannot wait to try the Soccer function when summer comes!

The media could not be loaded.  Cheap, easy to use. As a parents want to capture my son’s football match. XbotGo I think it is best choice. This is my second time to buy( my daughter moved to the same day match as my son, so I need 2 of it which my wife can bring my daughter to match and capture the match for me to see and I capture my son match to her😬) of course it is not perfect, but most time at least can track the ball 90-95% (some tips try to move the machine close the pitch line)and XbotGo team is improving the machine and support us (I did use my first one over a year). Best cheap auto tracking machine in the market.

2º comentario:Actualización después de un tiempo probando XbotGoDespués de probar mas de 10 partidos, tengo que reconocer que casi he dado con la clave.1- 1.5 o 2m detrás de la linea de banda del medio campo.2- Bloquear la inclinación y que solo vaya de derecha a izquierda. Opción del HF del estabilizador.3- Angulo de 140 grados, configurado dentro de la app.4- Trípode P4, altura superior a 3.5m.5- Atención automática con autozoom.Esto me dio muy buenos resultados.Se a de ser consciente que algo te va a perder, pero con iPhone 13 da muy buenos resultados.1er comentario:De primeras se ve buen aparato, buena calidad… ayer grabe un partido de futbol, no sigue la pelota… detecta a alguien cerca y lo sigue… para grabar un partido de futbol de 90 minutos visualizas menos de 45, el resto llega tarde o ni enfoca… lo tengo en un tripode de 4 metros.Sin decir que no se asome alguna persona sin pelo, calvo… ese si que lo enfoca muy bien!Entiendo que no sea lo mismo que las cámaras que están especializados en grabar partidos, pero si se vende como eso… es muy justo…O mejora la IA de seguimiento de pelota o no me queda otra que devolver el producto y buscar otra opción!
