I am not overweight but I wanted to lose a couple of pounds due to an upcoming holiday so i brought these as someone I knew took them years ago and said they worked okay and considering the price and the fact I didn't want to loose loads of weight I thought I would give these a go.I took them for around a month, they made me feel sick, my bloating was bad, not one ounce of weight was lost (I have a good balanced diet) but worst of all I started to experience really bad hair loss which to this day has still not stopped. I have actually been diagnosed with an onset of Telogen Effluvium which i believe was caused by these tablets as there was no other change to my lifestyle.I have always had a head of thick healthy hair which is now really thin, broken and dull and there is no cure for this I just have to wait for it to stop. My hair falls out in clumps in the shower which is so upsetting. As someone in their early twenties to have to experience this from a stupid diet pill I cannot stress enough how much you should not buy these! It might have some good reviews from people but remember it might be a bad reaction for you and you could end up in the position that I am in now.

Ok, ok, I didn’t really expect these to be a magic fix.In my opinion, these are little more than a placebo.If you diet and exercise whilst taking them, which you are meant to do, any weight loss is due to lifestyle changes, not the pills.I’ve lost four stone in the past year, and that’s from eating for two instead of eating for a family of four.
