Likes, having used it for many months: price, totally waterproof (at least from rain; I've never submerged them), lightweight, very secure and simple closure system, large enough to accommodate a timer and multiple sockets, more than one pair of cable ports, tough and durable, simple hinge systemDislikes: none, I'd buy these again ... and all the above also applies to a smaller box of the same type, which I also bought, the only difference being that the internals are smaller and there are fewer cable ports, which was what I wanted

I bought the large size of this box and the it was easy to use. The moulds that grip the cables are brilliant. I was concerned about the hinged clamps as they were more pliable than the strong sturdy box. However, they were easy to clamp and seal the box, were strong and kept the contents dry in heavy rain.I would definitely buy from this brand again and have recommended the box to others, including a friend who usually finds fault with most dry boxes.

Good quality boxes that will accept at least 2x 4-way extension leads. We used two for all the front garden Christmas lights and we got all the oddly shaped mains controllers in without difficulty. The only reason for the loos of a star was that the locking clips for the lid require brute force to engage although that may be an aid to weatherproofing and the rubber glands on the cable outlets are flat with no defined slot or groove so locating the cables whilst closing the lid can be tricky. Excellent nonetheless.
