What is the difference between the tefal clipso minut easy and the tefal clipso minut perfect?

I think that apart from the minor colour difference of the plastic parts, the perfect comes with the digital timer that lets you know when to lower the heat and depressurise. I have the perfect one and I am very happy with it.

What's the maximum cooking time?

59 min on the timer and after the alarm will start to ring and you can reset another time, but normally for any cooking you will need less than 60 min unless you will cook beef tongue so I use then about 1,5 hour. It is an amazing pot I have more then 4 years just a bit different tefal, this one we bought for my aunty. I hope this will help you to make a decision. Regards, Maritana

How do you adapt recipes that call for you to cook on 'high' or 'level 2' etc? There are no different settings on this pressure cooker?

Your setting is with low to high flame and with letting the steem high or low.

I've just looked at recipes and one says 'use level 2' How do you do this in this pressure cooker?
