promote beard growth?

Biotin supports healthy hair growth. I don't have a beard, however I noticed my eyebrows are more fuller than usual. I've always used eyeliner to enhance my eyebrows ever since middle school; I still see my eyebrows after removing my make up. More than likely, it will promote healthy hair for the beard as well. Can the pill be cut in half so you're only getting 5000 mg?

For the question posted by Sylvia Z. .. first it is micrograms/mcg, not milligrams/mg; very big difference. Web MD and the Mayo Clinic recommend 30mcg and 30mcg-100mcg daily, respectively. 300mcg = 100% of the daily value intake for Biotin. Even if you quarter these pills, you will still be getting 2,500mcg daily which is well beyond the recommended dose. I have used a half pill off and on with no ill side effects. Also, quartering them will make them last longer.

does it contain zinc like Vitaline Biotin Forte?

I am not seeing that ingredient on the label so I can say no. My nails are growing like no oher but I cant say the same for my hair

It also adds moisture to eyes, skin, nails.• Follow a healthy eating plan that includes protein, fresh fruits and vegetables and essential fatty acids.• Drink more water• Keep your hands off your face. Wash with a mild cleanser (Cetaphil) and moisturize with a mild non-comedogenic moisturizer (Cetaphil or Olay) and treat acne prone areas at night with Clearasil Ultra Rapid Action Treatment Lotion with 2% Salicylic Acid.Good Luck!

It gives Pimples to face

Well honestly i dnt even know if biotin did any difference to my hair, but i definitely know it did a big difference to my face, a while after started using biotin my face start to have to much pimples, and normally i dont get pimples in my face, its always as clear as glass!, And now when one of my friends knew i was taking biotin she said u should stop cuz it did the same thing to me!... So disappointed i really looked forward to keep using biotin :(Sec point long time after I buyed biotin ... It actually gave me plenty hair growth, but just not in my hair .. it's was all over my body extra hair growth but not the actual hair -_-Stopped using it of course and put in bin

Didn't work for me.

Good value for the amount of tablets. Didn't work for me particularly well but u do have fine hair so wasn't really expecting too much. Maybe if you have naturally thicker hair, it might work better for you.

It works!!

Can see a difference in hair thickness and my nails started growing super fast with these. So did my hair. Need to order some more. However the price has gone up which is the only downside :(

Happy with the product, not sure if it made hair grow or not

No problems taking this and no flavour to speak of. Did it work and make my hair grow..... I’m not sure. Once I had finished my hair did get better but I wasn’t taking it anymore so I’m not sure

Dont buy into the buzz

Arrived quickly within 2 days.I used this for a few days/ a week. Had bad breakouts, I can't deduce that it was because of this as my skin was spotty before but I've stopped using it since. Skin got worse when I was taking this, went to the doctor, now I'm using acne treatments, something I thought I'd never have. :/ I would advise against this if you are particularly spot prone, as it could create a bigger problem.
