It’s a little thing that takes a while to remember but you have the usb like wire to say this is the way you should put it in on the cable but it has to face down on the extender. Little detail but it’s worth the buy.

Yes works ok but not the same quality as extension leads brought in the past.

This was bought to replace a previous off brand 4 gang extension which exploded do to overloading (I'm blaming the wife!).One of the things I had plugged into the previous extension was a multi-USB charger so when I found this I was chuffed to buy a quality extension which allowed me to free up one of the sockets.The Masterplug guarantee is a real piece of mind knowing that whatever happens I'm covered and I won't be footing a expensive bill replacing damaged devices.The USB chargers are great and charge my iPad Pro really quickly.It's definitely worth paying a little bit extra and getting a quality product. The saying goes 'buy cheap, buy twice' but when you've got your TV, PS4 and soundsystem I'd be paying far more than what this cost if the lot all got damaged by a power surge.Delivery was spot on with Prime and packaging looked like it was going to be one of those fully sealed plastic jobs but it was actually easy to get in with scissors and slicing fingers!

Living in a rural area, with overhead electricity cables, we occasionally have "blips" in our electricity supply, which is a nuisance when you are working on a computer. This adaptor is excellent and has significantly decreased problems previously experienced and has the added advantage of two USB charging points. I certainly recommend this product as efficient and good value for money.

I bought this extension lead to go with my new office setup at home, to plug all my computer hardware into.Ultimately only time will tell if the surge protection lives up to its promise, but with Masterplug being a relatively well known and established brand, I have no concerns that there will be any problems. The extension lead feels well made compared to some of the far cheaper ones you can buy, and the extra USB ports are super useful for charging phones, or powering small devices such as an Echo Dot.From what I've seen so far using it, I have no problem recommend this extension lead if you're looking to buy one with either extra USB ports or surge protection.

Its been only a few days since I started using it, but so far its been great. It comes in a hard plastic shell, and not just in a plastic bag (like others). The length of the cord its perfect. the material seems sturdy, and the USB plugs work great. I use it on a bedroom. plugs in on the far side of the bed and its used to connect lamp, radio, cellphones and computer, and so far it has work great. If I need another one I will be buying from them again.

Extension for professional music system. No problems: used with 8ft extension lead.
