Very solid item. Works as described. NOTE: Though most, if not all, of the photographs of this item show this in use on ladders with a round profile step. I can confirm that it works on ladders with square profile steps. (It doesn't stick in too far, but plenty far enough to hold very securely, wedging in tightly.) I also checked this out on their website and saw one image showing product in use on a ladder with square profile steps, and bought it on the strength of that. I've had a drill and an extension cable hanging off this without any sign of it shifting.

Brilliant!! Needed gutter cleaned,the ladder limb allowed a plastic bucket to be hung on it whilst under taking gutter cleaning,making the job a lot easier.

These things have been around for quite a while now, why didnt I get one years ago. Reading a few of the reviews about which shape rungs this fits almost put me off. But I decided to just go for it, turns out it fits both my ladders one with 'D' shape the other square rungs. It is larger in diameter than I thought, which means it does stick out farther than I expected, but it was stable and never moved. So much easier than the rung hooks and puts the bucket or pot in the right place, at the side. Made painting the upper part of the house much easier. I recommend this product.

This paint high helper is a fantastic invention as you can see it holds up to 10 kilos cans of paint all can be used for other things like holding a drill or an electric screwdriver freeing your hands to hold onto the ladder properly and work very safely this is a fantastic product and I recommend it to everyone. This would be a perfect product for a person who works in the scaffolding prisoners as you will have your hand free when using the machine

This is a useful tool which makes it much easier to hang tools or paint-kettles when working up a ladder. TBH you could (as I have done in the past) rig up a home-made version using offcuts of wood or metal, but this is much more secure thanks to the sturdy construction and the carabiner hook at the end. Just to state the obvious, it's only suitable for ladders with hollow rungs (i.e. your typical modern aluminium ladder) as the tool has to be inserted into the rung.

I bought this item to hold a bucket of water whilst cleaning windows up high. Assuming you have the right ladder with the hollow rungs, with entry holes on the side, then this is very straightforward to use. It inserts in seconds and held the bucket securely freeing up both hands to aid balance and clean the windows. Once done it’s quickly removed. It seems solid enough, but of course only time will tell. My only negative point, is the cost. It seems a little expensive for what it is but it does the job and is quick to insert and remove. As long as it lasts years it may prove to be worth the cost.
