Q: If I want to use this pillow with an Iphone, do I need to buy any lead to go with it - thanks

It will work with any iphone that has a 3.5mm jack plug. The iPhone 7 and 7 Plus can only use a lightning connector, and you would need to use the adapter that came with the phone to connect the 3.5mm jack plug.

Sound vol was really low. Bought two as Christmas presents. They went the way of most presents and were only used for a day or two. So can't speak to durability. Sorry. Good luck.

Q: How long is the lead please?

The lead is long enough to be able to plug your phone or device into and be able to place it on a bedside table or something similar, with some slack in case you move about in the night!

Q: Does it work on bluetooth??????

No it is a wired connection, however if you connect a bluetooth receiver, then you can use it via Bluetooth.
