Good so far.
Taken now for 3 weeks. And feel more alive. More energy. Currently on thyroxine which is T4. I found it beneficial to me.

This item is crap. Diet followed both physically and internally yet nothing happened. Great if you like popping pills and don't want to deal with the side effects as im pretty sure these contain crushed up tictaks
