At the time of writing, the listing says that it comes with 8GB of RAM installed. This is false, there is no RAM installed.Other issues include the fan being loud (and I was only in the BIOS!), loads of screws and parts being included with the device but no instructions at all to tell you what they are for, and the plastic part that pulls out, doesn't do so easily. You can feel it is plastic and honestly I thought it was going to snap when trying to pull it out. Could also do with 2 more USB A ports.I also don't understand why Asus advertise a configurable port, but you cannot purchase a different port anywhere. Finally, the specs page on the Asus website is poor, not even telling you the maximum RAM, including on the specs page. A company that cannot even give you basic specs on their website just doesn't deserve your business. Walk away.
