Good, sturdy metal box with two keys. Bought to hold the Dosette tablet packs. They fit perfectly with room for some smaller boxes of tablets too. Been looking for a large box to hold the cartridge boxes of medication, which can be locked away, so my aunt who has dementia, can't access her tablets & this box is ideal for that. It would also be ideal for passports, private papers, wills, etc. The box is heavy without any contents, which stops it being hidden by dementia sufferers. The price is good too.

I'm really impressed with this box. It's a great size and of a sturdy design. I particularly like the handles being on the sides so it can be carried level. I'm sure the lock could be fairly easily picked or with enough brute force the box could be damaged enough to break into it however, for basic storage that has a deterrent this is great. One of my daughters is taking things from the other, and this is a preventative measure. Already the arguments have been reduced!

This box will do what I bought it for. It is reasonably tough, big enough for A4 documents and offers modest security. There is a small amount of some presumably fire retardent or insulating material lining the sides of the box, but I can not tell what it is or how it is expected to work.One thing that is not stated in the description or visible in the photographs is that there are TWO handles, one on either end of the box. Personally, I think this is an advantage - the full box is fairly heavy and also, being steel, could mark a table top if just picked up carelessly from one end.

I was looking for something secure that I could use to lock away my personal documents and bits and I didn't have the room (or want) for a filing cabinet or anything too large.This is solid, sturdy and comes with 2 keys. It is roomy enough for a good set of books, documents, deeds, papers or whatever you wish to keep secret and locked away. Slim enough to put under the bed or at the back of the wardrobe.! It is handy for those wishing for a little protection without any huge expense.

Sad as it may be I had to purchase one of these to stop the robbing teenagers in my house pinching my treats. With 3 of the rodents in the house nothing last long - until I got this!Now anything I buy for myself is there when I want it without having to get thumb screws out to discover who had eaten my treats.The unbridled joy I felt when they saw it for the first time more than covered the cost and it’s definitely earned it’s self many times over by saving me more trips to the shops and my blood pressure is generally better knowing my treats will be where I left them.

Fairly sturdy but I’m sure because there’s just the one lock in the middle of the box it could be opened; more of a deterrent than a thief proof security system. The one I received has obviously been a return and not checked before it was send out again
