Hi , Yes this is possible , you just need to change the Audio and Video PMID on the config file ( Which I can Supply to you ) Then pick your Channel Number and your all set to go . The Most I have known a customer to do is 7 as he set them as a mini headend .

If by RCA you mean the yellow plug, then NO. It is HDMI to RF, so it will inject a high quality (HDMI) signal into an RF distribution (the good old fashoned coaxial antenna cables) . All the TVs or devices would have to be tuned to a Digital band channel (as adjusted by you on the device)
