The icemaker in my refrigerator had quit working for sometime now so I purchased the countertop ice machine. And it does a very good job, very quick, efficient and convenient.

Bought this for my dad. He loves it. The basket when full is the perfect amount for a 40 oz tumbler. He lives in an apartment and this eliminates him having to buy ice all the time. Very quiet as well.

I guess I am luckier than the people who bought it and it actually worked for a couple months before failing. It's harder to get Amazon to do the right thing when scammer manufacturers have a product that works just long enough to be ineligible for a refund. Mine just never worked. Turned on, went through cleaning cycles but didn't produce ice. The manufacturer never responded to support requests. Amazon refunded fortunately. That's why it gets one star, also that's the minimum the review is set at. 🙄

I mainly chose this ice maker because of the light weight and the handle. I had one prior that made ice cubes and liked it,so I wasn't sure if I would like the bullet shape.BUT---I absolutely LOVE this ice maker.Very easy to use. I only hear it when the ice drops.I like the way the ice drops into the basket. The ice is so easy to eat.Soft cubes and there are no sharp edges like the square cubes sometimes have so you don't have sharp edges that can hurt your gums.To wrap it up: I highly recommend this ice maker

It was as described & came sooner than expected.Makes small ice cubes quickly; about 6 minutes. Worth the money for this size. Much quicker & easier than ice trays! Not enough for a big party. I’d make filled freezer bags for that.Pretty quiet & easy to use. It does self clean (which is convenient) however, if the plug came out of the back of the unit it would be easier to bring the unit to the sink to drain. The plug has to come out of the wall & then carry the unit to the sink. The drain plug is under the bottom of the unit. The unit weighs about 15 lbs so it was actually easier to put the unit in a tray with a rack (so cord would not get wet) to drain it rather than bringing it to the sink.Some people complained about the ice not staying frozen in the unit which that would use a lot of electricity to keep running that cold continuously. This is fast enough & putting into freezer bags as it’s being made is good. You can let it fill & then empty into bags also. The ice is cold enough while filling. The cubes are hollow bullet size, which melt a little faster in a drink. If you don’t have an ice maker in your fridge & not much room to have a commercial ice maker, this is way better & faster than ice trays. Once you have enough ice just shut off the machine. Any ice will melt back into unit for next time. If you’re using it a couple times a week it’s good & fresh. If it’s going to be sitting for longer periods, than you’ll have to clean & drain it.

I love my ice machine I put it very early in the morning to make ice. It’s very slow and it’s takes it time to make ice I can’t complain it was a gift

I bought this a few weeks ago and so far it’s been great! Ice cubes are smaller, but I like that. I have no problems with it so far! I’ve already made three 8lb bags of ice!

I bought this product only 32 days ago (can't return to amazon) and used it about 3 times. Today I turned it on to make ice but the full light was always on even though there was no ice in the tray (see picture attached). The ice cover does not keep the temperature inside the machine cold so the ice just keeps melting and remaking, creating a repetitive cycle. Not even sure where I can find the 90-day warranty to get this machine fixed or replaced.Changed to three stars after contacting the seller. They agreed to refund the money, customer service was good.
