Q: How long are the cables and are there extensions available?

About 1 meter, maybe a bit longer (from my memory).

Q: Is this suitable for charging a 115ah leisure battery? And how long would this take to charge? Thanks

It would be ideal for that battery. I would leave it on charge for no less than 24 hours to fully restore and charge battery.

Q: I plugged it in, and the led display shows a "0" that moves across the display. is this an error code? i can't find a description in the manual.

This means O for open circuit, the charger can't "see" the battery. check the croc clips and the cables, are they intact/undamaged? The "O" may also occur if the battery is very flat or has been left flat so that lead sulphate crystals have formed on the surface preventing a charge current reaching the lead plates.
